The truck drove weird and the owner left the Dolley and moving blankets in the truck so i didn't have as much room to use. Was very rude when i showed up to pick up the truck keys and told me to calm down. If i didn't absolutely need a truck that day i would have just left.Morgan S.

I rented a van or four weeks and all of a sudden they stopped taking payments off of my card without contacting me at all they showed up at my house took the van with over $10,000 with the tools in it the keys to my car and who knows what else and I still have not called me they sent me an email call corporate offices I talk to numerous different people nobody will tell me where my stuff is nobody will tell me how to pick it up they just tell me that I was in $2000 I called them 10 minutes after they took the vehicle trying to get my things out he said he hadn't been checked in yet then they sent me a bill for $500 for cleaning my tools out of it doesn't make much sense they send you a phone number and you call it repeatedly and no answerThomas C.

They charged me for a fee that was not applicable to my returned vehicle. Have yet to get it adjusted as promised. I returned the vehicle before my tome frame was up and was charged a $20 fee saying I returned too late. Not good customer servicevernon B.

UHaul app was having lots of problems. On my phone it crashed over and over. On my mom's phone, when you had the opportunity to take pictures, clicking the "Take picture" button clicked the comment box instead, making it impossible to take pictures. I had to just stop doing the process and leave with the uhaul after taking pictures with the Camera app on the phone so that I had pictures in case there was an issue. Location was great though, no issues with that, but fix your app.Jagger E.

With Universal detailing LLC, I don't it's nothing you need to change any this location. I think it's a great location that's easy to get to. I like the customer service, he handle my situation quick and answer all my questions on spot. I will definitely recommend this spot to my friends.JAPERIA G.

I rented the truck at 11 am on Saturday, returned it at 10am Sunday, but was charged for 2 days rental. Calked the rental compant...was told they would call corporate office to change to a 1 day rental...was never called back. Beware of doing business with this company.Kevin B.

Be more informative. I was never aware that my rental was only for a 6 hour period of the same day, I was under the impression from the time of renting that I had until the next day to return it but it was not the case.Dustin F.
After verifying the pictures outside, I opened the back door to find a huge piece of plastic covering, maybe something that was pulled off a couch. I didn't have a place to throw it out. You had to walk inside the detailing garage itself, instead of a main entrance. Floor was covered in water and soap, nearly slipped. They also did not have all the equipment I ordered. Instead they gave me an appliance dolly instead of a furniture dolly. Definitely not a great experienceJeffery B.

I went for the truck at 5:43 pm and return it at 5:00pm the next day but I was charge 48hrs fee with the excuse that the contract went to 2nd day after 4:00pm. I was soo disappointed.Robert A.

I was able to drop the trailer off when they were closed. First thing the next morning I received an email with conformation they received the trailer. I called to verify and everything was already done with the return process. Very nice person on the phone.Billie C.
Make sure your representatives know that they need to be at the location for scheduled pick-ups. We had to wait for the associate to show up at the location. The battery in our van was dead and we had to spend the time to jump it. Make sure your associates know to check the vehicles for problems before customers come to collect them.FAITH D.
I suggest having a main entrance for customer's to use instead of having to walk through the work area to a side office. There should be more than one person capable of processing customer orders. Before asking a customer to sign a document indicating no damage to the vehicle allow the customer to inspect first. A customer should be asked if insurance is needed instead of automatically being charged.vella G.

Contacted Uhaul by phone prior to rental to be told reservation not required. Went to rent a vehicle & location employee stated reservation WAS required, attempted to rent vehicle only to be told we had an outstanding balance of $500 plus which prompted two hours on the phone w/ Uhaul rep. Outstanding balance was not our personal balance & the time involved on phone to remedy the balance issue was not taken off rental contract/period & ended up paying extra day for rental. Told by location employee rental included up to 300 miles but contract (WHICH WAS NOT PROVIDED IN PAPER FORMAT WHEN VEHCILE WAS RELEASED TO US) indicated 200 miles which resulted in extra fees for mileage. Overall terrible experience, contacted Uhaul several times over the course of having their vehicle as well as follow-up with Regional customer Svc in an attempt to remedy all issues but have NEVER received a call back from Uhaul. Will never use this service again & will continue to communicate terrible customer service received.Micheal K.

No one was there who could get me the key. When i called to say i would be late and asked if that was ok, the person on phone was either high. , greatly distracted or just plain dumb as made me repeat myself several times and didnt know what i was talking about.
