Mi sorpresa que en vez de corregirme y devolverme mi dinero me descuentan más dinero adicional otra vez. Habiéndolo usado solo 18 millas y menos de las 9 horas contratadas

Rebecca GWas charged $40 for a cleaning fee when the old lady there told me that she was not going to charge me a cleaning fee since it was not that dirty & apart the cleaning fee is $25 to begin with. I was charged $39.95 twice for the same fee. Charged me $11 for gas when I had filled it up to exactly where I received it. Will never rent from here ever again. Horrible place to rent a truck.

ricardo aI had a very bad experience. The mileage on the truck was different from the paper I got. The truck had 100 less miles than the paper, I was honest with the person and I told her. I used 16 miles, I use a little bit of gas and they charge me $32 for 5 gallons of gas, $6.40 per gallon. Way more than the gas price in the city of Miami besides there's no way I used 5 gallons of gas in 16 miles.
