I'm sure you weren't informed from previous drivers - but the van needs transmission work - as it often shifted into 4th instead of 6th while at highway speeds - taking it from 2600 Roma to 3500 rpms with no acceleration.. the fuel consumption was affected I'm sure - as it cost nearly $110 for 280 milesKurt J.

U-haul told me to drop off truck on the corner of perkins ave and columbus ave in sandusky ohio. The drop off location was no where near the corner but down a ways. The guy at drop off place ( universal rental ) who was very pleasant checked my truck, all was good. He checked my milage and I was over 85 cents. He charged my card. I thought that was rediculous to charge me 85 cents.Sharon C.

Despite signs on precautions against Covid 19 and the regulations required to stay open, None were observed, no masks etc. Asked about sanitation of trucks - none was answer. Truck required air in tire at pick-up - Mgr added but in one day- low air warning again. Needs repairSally L.

Spent 45 minutes at facility trying to check out. Uhaul computers were down. Could not reach anyone by phone. Ended up leaving without paperwork. Had to call at a later time spent over 20 minutes on hold. Then person on the phone could not help me. Was terrible.WENDY B.

I was required to pick up my rental truck at a different location without proper notification of the change. I was also forced to pay a higher rate since i was not returning the truck to the original pickup location. I am supposed to get a $50 credit for my troubles but the error delayed my move by over two hours creating additional hardship for us.Steve G.

I had an earlier reservation with Coopers Deli who is renter for uhaul. After 20 minutes of waiting for Coopers to open i called Universal in Sandusky and they held a truck for me which was a 40 minute drive. I will not do uhaul business with Coopers Deli due to their poor customer service. I will continue to use haul. Due to having to drive an extra 120 miles in my wifes car which was unecessary i think uhaul should compensate mileage to me from yesterday.russell V.
