you screwed me and cost me $500 extra after I booked and had a 15'truck and when i got there i was told a cargo van that made me have 6 trips imstead of 1 and 3 helpers 8 hours instead of 3, not acceptable

JAMES NDue to the vehicle high beam not properly functioning- I not only received a speeding ticket for going 47/30 in Kansas but once reaching AZ - I traveled 77-87-277 south -126 miles through mountains with no lights and was stuck there for hours until a car driver behind me with their high beams for well over 50 miles - until I seen Shea Blvd to 51 south to get home. So - I would not suggest attempting to move furniture in Uhaul truck and pulling a vehicle in a trailer because the appearance is clean and the truck is functional- but the inability to see at night because the high beams are extremely low or not working properly is a major Red Flag 🚩- it almost cost me life and a $212.00 speeding ticket because of this malfunction.
