Tim at this location was great and very helpful. I can't fault him for the crappy truck. Truck was clean and Tim did a great job on the walkaround. Started off badly! Truck was located 60 miles away from my scheduled by reservation pickup location. There was a huge Crack in the middle of the windshield (documented) and no other truck available, so I had to take this truck. Wasted 2 hours and had to call to get credit for the extra mileage, got no consideration for the extra fuel to get the vehicle and drive 60 miles in the truck. App didn't work to take initial photos. Tried 2x and gave up. Also, spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve issues and get credit for 60 miles of gas in the truck and extra miles. I was offered miles and extra day (didn't need, due Monday and I returned Saturday)

The rear door cable came off the track the first time we opened the door. We never got a code after check in to open the lock and had to call customer service Photo of the back of the truck after I had already left the lot and was on my way to my destination. 10 minutes later I stopped and clicked on the link to do it at that point and it said it had expired. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

I had to find a truck IMMEDIATELY due to not having enough room in the one I had already rented. Luckily, this location was close, had the size that I needed, AND allowed me to pick up after hours. Even though I didn't need it, the truck also had shipping blankets and a dolly on it.
