The rear door cable came off the track the first time we opened the door. We never got a code after check in to open the lock and had to call customer service Photo of the back of the truck after I had already left the lot and was on my way to my destination. 10 minutes later I stopped and clicked on the link to do it at that point and it said it had expired. Overall, this was a terrible experience.
Patricia CI had to find a truck IMMEDIATELY due to not having enough room in the one I had already rented. Luckily, this location was close, had the size that I needed, AND allowed me to pick up after hours. Even though I didn't need it, the truck also had shipping blankets and a dolly on it.
