Location was run down, and sketchy part of town. Vehicle was dirty but a newer model.

They gave our dollys away and then made us solve the issue by calling the service line. Service line transfered me and hung up on me after pretending they couldn’t hear me. Told me they would call back as a courtesy and kept referring to the line being “disconnected”. Transferred me to a manager that could handle the situation and then they pretended not to hear me and hung up. the second representative I talked told me there were no mangers or anyone to even transfer to so I don’t know what the first representative was speaking about. The second representative also never spoke of the line being “disconnected” Got charged for both dollys even though I had to put 20 miles on the vehicle just to buy our own from Home Depot for 175 dollars. Got charged for those miles too and the gas I had to put back into the vehicle. Literally the worst experience ever. Seriously considering other rental trucks because I’ve never had a more infuriating experience.
