Customer service training especially for lady on duty after 3pm, called while a man was on duty, but he had left when call back. Iwas literally in tears, knowing someone could be that rude, my head seems as was about to explode. I ended up calling non-emerencgy police phone number to help locate, also called back to Oklahoma and she tried helping with finding drop off location x2,Oklahoma was very helpful.

The truck ran as anticipated it was really good on mileage. The tow switch however automatically engages at ignition. I didn't remember ever having this technicality.
