Hello, I recently rented a truck from your location and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. The pickup process went very smoothly, and everything was well-organized, which I appreciated. However, the drop-off experience was significantly more challenging. The location was extremely crowded at the time, possibly due to an event nearby, and there was limited space available despite the site appearing to have adequate parking capacity. Unfortunately, another vehicle was parked in the designated drop-off area, which made it difficult to return the truck properly. Additionally, the mobile app was not functioning reliably during the drop-off process, which added to the frustration. There also seemed to be a lack of clear communication or on-site guidance to help navigate the situation, especially given how busy the gas station and surrounding area were at the time. Overall, while the pickup was excellent, the drop-off experience was not as smooth as expected. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers. Dropped off 15' truck outside of business hours. No staff interaction.
RALPH BI reserved the truck at one location only to be told none was available and was forced to go to Uptown Texaco which seemed OK initially and when I needed to keep the truck another day was told my total rental would be $55.75 and had up to midnight on 3/31/26 to return it. It was returned much earlier than that but I was provided no receipt and was simply told to place the keys in the drop box which I did. The receipt I just received shows a rental fee of $89.95, which was not the agreed price, and it also shows a Safe Move fee of $45.00 which was not agreed to or even explained to me. In essence I was overcharged by $79.20 and would request a refund for that amount.

JULIENNE DVery poor service from start to finish, they did not represent U-haul in any good way just very nasty. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The young lady said I am not U -haul.
