Rude clerk at Henderson location. And my reservation was moved twice I was given three different locations to pick up my rental. Next time I’m hiring g movers. The anxiety caused wasn’t worth the hassle.

michelle hThe location is hard to get to because the traffic light does not have a protected left turn and the opposite lane of traffic seems to never have a red light. There is no designated spot to indicate where to drop off returned equipment. Staff was friendly and inviting.
Cynthia TThe building was not very clean or inviting and the salesperson could not accommodate us by checking the vehicle in while we were there. She said she would have to lock up the store...we were just hoping to make sure there wouldn't be any extra fuel fees.
