The location is hard to get to because the traffic light does not have a protected left turn and the opposite lane of traffic seems to never have a red light. There is no designated spot to indicate where to drop off returned equipment. Staff was friendly and inviting.
Cynthia TThe building was not very clean or inviting and the salesperson could not accommodate us by checking the vehicle in while we were there. She said she would have to lock up the store...we were just hoping to make sure there wouldn't be any extra fuel fees.

JIMERIAM JWhen I arrived at the location there was not a location where the truck would fit nor was there one designated. When I asked the employee inside she simply said "You can't leave that here." I asked if she could help with where to park and she said that she could not because it was almost closing time. As I left to try to find a different location on the property for the truck, she sent a homeless man to assist me. I then was moving the truck to a new area when the homeless man started screaming at me to stop for fear I would be going under the awning. I explained to him that I was not going under the awning. I moved the truck to the area in front of the Texaco consuming all parking spaces as there were none that would hold a truck of this size. Additionally, I had significanly more gas in the tank than the less than 1/8th of a tank I started with, but was not credited as I was told I would be when I picked the truck up. However, the app was sure to charge me for the additional 3 miles (which I only had to drive to try ANOTHER U-haul location to rent a dolly, which they ALSO did not have and said no U-Haul in the area had, so I had to BUY a $59 dolly from a company that had committed me a $10 rental)
