The bad experience wasn’t really the location or the vehicle itself. The app is horrible!!! why I couldn’t upload my license beforehand don’t understand. Why I had to be out in Texas heat going through the check-in process for 30 minutes don’t understand. Why when were required to take photos of the U-Haul the pictures wouldn’t upload. Just fix your app to be more user-friendly and the experience would’ve been a lot better.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy at Texaco was on the phone the whole time. Then he gave me a higher price. I asked and he told me to call Uhaul, so I waited for about 30 minutes for Uhaul to pick up and explain the guy what to do. Then I was charged 20 dollars for dropping the truck at night
Alejandro GCustomer service training especially for lady on duty after 3pm, called while a man was on duty, but he had left when call back. Iwas literally in tears, knowing someone could be that rude, my head seems as was about to explode. I ended up calling non-emerencgy police phone number to help locate, also called back to Oklahoma and she tried helping with finding drop off location x2,Oklahoma was very helpful.
Brandi AThe truck ran as anticipated it was really good on mileage. The tow switch however automatically engages at ignition. I didn't remember ever having this technicality.
