The fact that U-Haul as a company does not have extra keys for these vehicles that lock after you've already unlocked from the outside is ridiculous. I would strongly suggest offering an extra set of keys first before having the customer call Roadside Assistance and have to pay an additional $200 to get the truck unlocked. That was insane. This location was very weird as a rental pick up place. It was a random gas station in the middle of nowhere. There were no other rental cars just the one that we got. I had to repeatedly ask if it was a legit facility. Also, your app needs some help. I was not able to confirm my pick up and take the images that you require for pick up for 30 minutes. No amount of troubleshooting that we were doing at the facility was able to get me in so I could actually take a pictures and start my rental. Even the girl behind the counter did not know how to get me in there.
