MY experience with the entire process was a nightmare. The fact that you don't have a "real" person to help you out is really the issue for me. It took me 45 minutes to figure out that the only way to get the key to the truck is to use the APP. My assumptions, because no one told me otherwise, was that I would be picking up the key for the truck from a "person". That was not the case. I would not recommend UHAUL to anyone who wants to deal with "real persons" - that is all I have to say
