While I didn’t have any issues with this location, I do take issue with the way U-Haul runs its business. I had a confirmed reservation at one location for August 28 at 4:30. I get there and guess what?? I was told it had sent to another location without nary a email or phone call to me. So I get to the new location only to be told they had rented the truck an hour prior. This is the 2nd time U-Haul has pulled this with me. If I could rent from any other company I would. Luckily I was able to rent a truck the following day, miles from where I’m located. Do better U-Haul.
