TODD MThe location is fantastic. Unfortunately there’s an issue with U-Haul. Had a reservation for five by a trailer when I showed up to pick it up there wasn’t one available. Fortunately, I was able to get a larger trailer but have to pay the difference. Shame on you Uhaul not calling customers and letting them know that the trailer is not available at that location.
Andrew WI used the truck to move some furniture. I drove a total of 22 miles. I put 2 gallons of gas in the truck yet was charged over $9 on my invoice for gas. I believe I was ripped off.

BARINDERJEET SThe trailer was a dual wheel 6 x12 with a rollup door. The rollup door was hard to close and open. A little oil would have gone a long way. The trailer had no front jack to raise and lower easily (it is very heavy with the emergency brake system). They do have a hand jack you can use to raise and lower it, but only if there is someone there at the shop to give it you. If you drop it off later in the evening with no one there at the shop, you are outta luck. Trailer tows fine and had newer tires.

PAUL SThere are problems with the application. I couldn't complete the entire process for the truck return, since I only used it that same day and I had requested it for 2 days. I hope they didn't charge me for those two days. Everything else was excellent.

Carrie CPlease improve your AP, when trying to return the trailer it took over a 1/2 hour to go through the process. It seems to you have to buy a new phone just to return the trailer. Luckily my son was able to use his phone to complete the return. Other than that, everything went well, and looking forward to renting again soon.

There were several people waiting to rent equipment and the person dealing with them was nice, courteous and helpful despite of one of the customers being rude and being complaining loudly about unrelated issues that she was having. The attendant was patient and nice to her. My only complaint is that the cabin of the truck was not clean, perhaps left like that by the previous renter. (Coffee spills, or soda spills).

VICENTE DRenting from this location was very easy. The staff at check in and check out were pleasant, and this location has a lot of big trucks! I will come to this location first when I need to rent again.

John MI had put an advanced reservation in for a 5 x 8 trailer and received a phone call from Uhaul three days before my reservation saying that it was not available if I would take a different trailer. Not happy by that.
Andrew WI have used this location many times without issue, however, today was not like the rest. It took me nearly an hour to be processed for my trailer rental, and when I pulled around to hook up, the trailer I paid for had a flat tire. I instead rented a smaller trailer and went on my way as I was now very late. Upon receiving my emailed receipt, I noticed I was charged for the insurance which I declined TWO TIMES before
Steven HThis is a comment for U-Haul corporate: if you’re going to switch locations for rental pickup, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL OR TEXT THE CUSTOMER. Don’t make them waste time going to the original location only to be told the equipment is not there. The Us Pak N Ship location was excellent. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. My issue is with U-Haul corporate that sent me 35 minutes (each way) from my house to get the equipment plus I had to return the equipment to this location. This translated to 2+ hours of my timer picking up and returning the equipment.

PAULINA LThe rental truck was parked in 6 inches of water! The staff probably knew that and that's why they just told us that it was around the back of the building!! It should have been parked elsewhere out of a flooded area! Starting a 300 mile drive with soaking wet feet isn't acceptable.

All issues that morning stemmed from either UHaul's website being down and preventing their point of sale system from connecting at first, or my reservation process online not having warned me that there was still a hold on my ability to rent vehicles until yet _again_ making a phonecall to resolve a storage unit rental paperwork debacle I'd been told had already been resolved nearly a year ago.
Nicolas WMy pickup of the equipment was quite poorly organized, there was confusion when looking for my reservation, the truck was dirty, had a bad smell, mechanically it had fuel injection failures throughout the time, it was very difficult to drive it because it seemed it would stop working in any moment, that is, on the climbs I did not have the strength to be able to reach the top, it was difficult to climb and my trip was very long, longer than I had planned, as a result I had to spend more money on a hotel and fuel than I expected. planned. The front lights for driving at night were poor, even a bulb on the right side did not work, it turned on, but did not project the light and therefore it was not possible to drive at night. I requested accessories in my reservation that they never gave me, because they did not have them available in the office: Blankets to cover the furniture, dolly for large and small loads, I had to go buy them in a store. It was a fairly expensive rental and I did not receive the truck in perfect condition for a trip as long as it is from Fort Lauderdale-Fl to Raleigh-NC. I suggest doing more detailed inspections of the trucks and equipment. Also in the offices they must have people who are trained to assist clients correctly. In this case, at the US Park N Ship David office, there was only one person attending and he was not able to serve us correctly, since he had to attend to all the other clients besides me simultaneously, I spent almost two hours doing the pickup. It's too long. My experience is "I DID NOT RECEIVE A SERVICE THAT I EXPECTED LIKE THE PREVIOUS TIMES AND IT WAS EXPENSIVE BASED ON THE MAINTENANCE THAT THE TRUCK THEY GAVE ME HAD"

MANUEL AI rented a 6X12 enclosed trailer. Getting the trailer on and off the hitch was an issue, its heavy. When I picked it up, the young lady working the store expected me to lift the trailer onto the hitch. They have a tool for this, but she did not bring it out to do this. I had to go back in the office a second time to ask for help. About 15 minutes later the lady came out to help, but I already lifted it myself, couldn't wait any longer. The same issue occurred when I returned the trailer. This time I could not lift the trailer. I went back into the office and asked another young lady for help with that tool to remove the trailer. She did come out to help, after being requested. This should be an automatic service for the UHAUL service. The customer should not be expected to hitch up and unhitch these heavy trailers by hand.
Andrew GI confirmed the reservation in the web site and a make a phone call two days before and when I got there the trailer wasn’t there. I had to rent a smaller size

Moises SThe location and the clerk were great! Super helpful and friendly. The trailer itself needs to be pulled and checked out…. It vibrated excessively and one of the wheels looks like it was swapped out or fixed haphazardly.
Jose GI confirmed a pickup at one location and a day before the pickup, the location changed. I wanted a 7am pickup to accommodate packing and travel time. The app was clunky and it took nearly 40 minutes to complete the pickup process. Once complete, it was a good experience.
