The truck was in very good condition. However, the back was full of sand. It would've been great if it had been swept out. The gentleman who helped me with pick up and return was very nice.

I was a bit taken back by the text i received stating to check out by sending my location of the trailer return an hour after I returned it. It further stated that there wo HK ld be a $20 return fee if this was not done. If I would have been told this new protocol while renting, I would have followed protocol. I do not expect nor authorize any additional fees on my rental. I took a foot of the trailer when I returned it as I always do if you need verification. In the future I will follow your return protocol. Other than that, I am very pleased as usual with uhaul.

I rented a 26 foot truck. When I got to UHaul it was broken so they gave me a 20 footer. It was not large enough for all my things. So, I had to rent another truck the following day. They did NOT give me back the money from the difference from the 26 to the 20 rental. Then, they did not give me the next rental free for their mess up. I would NEVER rent from UHaul and will tell everyone I know and all my social media to stay away from UHaul!

Rental trailer license plate light was not working. It was discovered after I left the premise. No other units available amid time. Receiving location tag the unit and said it was very very old! Staff at both location were excellent!!!

They forgot the furniture dolly, i called and i had to come back, but when i got there, they told didnt have that dolly, gave another dolly, but wasnt good for furniture i needed. Bad service.

Not everyone has a smart phone. Please provide additional options for uploading your driver's license picture. It should not be the renters responsibility to take a picture and upload it to your system.

The trailer that I was assigned was behind a different trailer. The saleswoman was in the store alone and did not come out to help ensure I got the correct trailer without any problems. When I returned it, I was not informed that check in after hours requires doing so at the location so GSP can see you are at their location. I also was not told that next day check in would be an extra $20.

There were bugs inside with roaches all over the place and food on the floor it was terrible they were crawling up my leg as i was driving and i told the manager and show him pictures he did nothing about worse experience i ever had. I will never right a u hale again.

Uhaul in general is a rip off. Make sure you get the price up front because when you bring it back they change the rate on you. They gave me an up front price and then when returned, it more than doubled. Be wary

truck was not clean. garbage in the doors. TMS system light on. I checked and added air to 80 PSI....no help

The Uhaul was extremely dirty. And then I was charged extra for a cleaning fee. Unbelievable.

Uhaul mainframe system was down for over 1 hour. Worst check in experience I have had in a long long time. Uhaul should give a reimbursement for the long wait several customers experience on Monday morning July 29th, 2019. I needed the equipment otherwise I would not have stayed that long.

Vehicle was well maintained but had a foul smell. Instructions for mobile pick up should be emailed 24 hours prior. It was very confusing and I am a millennial that understands technology. Lost a half hour - 45 min of my schedule for issues retrieving the vehicle and for failing to provide adequate instruction. Should recommend the background investigation/approval be conducted the day before or st least 30 min before the reservation.
