Be sure that equipment ordered was supplied. Truck itself was in excellent condition but appliance dolly and furniture pads that were ordered were not there. My son-in-law who was the driver for me had to search in other trucks and found a regular dolly.

Mario S.The truck we rented was completely out of gas when we got it, then we took it to a gas station and the pump kept shutting off as if the tank was already full, but the light was still on. So we went back to exchange for a different truck and the second truck was also completely out of gas. Both gas lights were on when we turned the van on. We took the second van to get gas and put 10 gallons in even though we weren't going to use all of that, just so the next person wouldn't have to deal with an empty tank as well. Very disappointing. The girl that helped us switch the vans was nice enough, but there shouldn't be a reason for the gas tanks to be empty when you rent them.
