Gabriel SThey always charge more gasoline and in this time charge cleaning fee and overtime. That's not good. Also not be able the commercial hour. Now after 9:00 am the location it's closed. What about my time?

TODD MThe location is fantastic. Unfortunately there’s an issue with U-Haul. Had a reservation for five by a trailer when I showed up to pick it up there wasn’t one available. Fortunately, I was able to get a larger trailer but have to pay the difference. Shame on you Uhaul not calling customers and letting them know that the trailer is not available at that location.
