Jerry HThe posted hours are open at 9:00 AM which is when I rented my vehicle for. I arrived at 9:00 AM and the store wasn't open and nobody showed up until 9:45. When moving or planning to have a truck there are other logistics involved and being set back by an hour was a big challenge.

Andrew WEasy pick up and drop off only problem is the vehicle was super bumpy and maybe it’s because I’m not used to Big vehicles but other than that all was well.
