I was overcharged for additional mileage due to discrepancy with the initial mileage. This is really unprofessional.

There was no snow brush or ice scraper in the vehicle and it was covered in ice. My car scraper was too small to be effective. This delayed my ability to leave.
ANTHONY MImmediately I found the the roof of the truck leaking water on my items inside the truck, upon leaving my destination I found the truck leaking oil on te driveway.

RENEE KIt’s was a good location about 2 miles from our son’s home. I rented the van to assist in taking 16 totes/suitcases to the airport (Alaska Airlines) as we were moving to Alaska. If I could suggest something…allow the first 50 miles free or at a discounted rate. Anyway, this isn’t the first uhaul I have rented and it certainly won’t be the last.

Don GMy pick-up location was changed. Went to unknown new location day before pick-up and spike to the gentleman there. Said everything was good to go, showed me truck and where key would be and what to do. Took an Uber (farther than location I picked so Uber was more) to pickup for 8 am time. App would not allow me to pick up truck. 45 minutes on the phone in a convenience store parking lot with 3 different Uhaul reps. Finally 3rd representative was able to fix error. However I had hired people to load my truck who had to wait over half an hour for me to arrive with the truck. Very, very aggravating and still don’t understand what the problem was. Order/reservation was in system and confirmed. Not happy.
Amy SAt dropping off, I was late and wanted to have someone else drop the truck off. They help me to add an authorized used with no hassle. Great service. Always used U-haul and always will.
LAKMAL ETruck is maintained by customers. Desk clerk was rude. Customer service by phone was helpful, but desk clerk was rude.

Donna MBack door was jammed open when I arrived at my destination. Waited 2 hours for service repair via UPS. Then the door would not latch shut. Could not move my furniture. Service person where I rented was terrible.
PETER HChecking in on the app was a nightmare. Too many things to do, with answering more questions and providing information that was all provided when I scheduled the pickup. Taking pictures of every side of the truck. It was like being on a scavenger hunt: other people there had the same problems. Walking around looking at their phone, trying to figure out where the truck is and passing all of the obstacles just to be able to start the truck. Taking a picture of the empty truck without the blankets I ordered. The truck would not go into gear so someone had to come and fix it, which took an hour.
Jimmy JUp front calling, securing, paperwork and pickup was seamless, quick and professional. The truck was clean inside and out, and easy to drive. Dropping off, was simple at the key drop off at the desk after hours. Will absolutely rent from here again.
SEAN CThis van smelled SO BAD of manure, febreze didn’t help it at all and the seats were soaking wet when we got it, we had to put towels on the seats to drive. It seems someone tried to clean it but was not successful.

KURT PIt took 30 minutes to check in because the app wasn’t working. When we finally got the truck we drove home only to find out they gave us the wrong truck with none of the supplies we paid for. We had to go all the way back to get the correct one. Joey was very helpful to talk to and get the situation corrected.

DEBRA LThey need to pay better attention to the quality of the equipment. The check engine light was on, the brakes were shot to the point the steering wheel shook a lot no matter the speed. It was a local trip only 30 miles but anything else it would be dangerous

MELVIN LI was asked to return the vehicle full tank, I drove less than 2 miles and I filled more than 7-8 gallons of gas(petrol). Personal vehicle was parked in the uhaul location and while picking up personal vehilce was damaged and scrached. Please create a case and enquire, reimburse.
BALAJI SThe U-Haul app was terrible. The only reason I was able to complete the rental pickup was because of April, in customer service, who solved my problems remotely. The rental was picked up on a Saturday and the location was closed. Without April, this rental would not have happened.
Adam GI did the self-serve because it was a Sunday. I did the steps through the app and received a text saying I would get a phone call. The phone cal never came. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold forever. The entire pickup process took 45 minutes. It was ridiculous.

Nautica MU-Haul online system was down nationwide for U-Haul locations as well as customers so my rental pick up was delayed to the next day but the Plymouth U-Haul team was courteous, friendly and professional and assisted me in every way they could so that my move could stay on track. This is a great U-Haul location with great personnel!
Anna LDrivers compartment of the vehicle was covered in mud. Upon returning the vehicle when I tried to select that the vehicle needed to be cleaned before it could be used again, the app wanted to charge me a cleaning fee as if I had done something wrong. I should be able to tell you that you are renting out filthy disgusting vehicles without paying a fee. If anything I should be given a refund not charged more.

tamy dCustomer service was nonexistent. One person told me to throw the keys on the counter and that’s it. It seemed odd there wasn’t a formal return/checkout procedure. That was evident when I received a call from UHaul customer service asking why I hadn’t returned the truck yet when I had returned it the same day I picked it up. Room for improving communication to customers.

MARGARET TThe man at the counter that serviced us was very rude and condescending. Also, my charges were not what is advertised. They are well above what this company advertises and they took a payment from my daughter on her credit card without telling us that they would also double charge my credit card the following day leaving my bank account in the negative and money not able to be refunded to me for 3 to 5 business days which is a huge inconvenience Because they charged me two times for a six hour rental. I give a zero on my whole experience at this location. I have used U-Haul previously to move out of state and had wonderful experiences.

gerald oI have no problem with the location but I have an ongoing problem with your website. About 2 months ago, something changed. The week of my reservation I check in online and add an additional driver. I have been doing this for years, but now the link is not sent to the additional driver, so when I pick up the truck, no one else is authorized. This is a recent change. It hasn’t;t always been that way. Please fix it.
