Trailer was working for my needs so tried to swap out would not let me swap out made my close contract and rerent a new trailer I work for a rental agency and would not do this to a customer

u-Haul changed my reservations three times. The second place they had me go to was not open when it was supposed to be open. The place I was supposed to return it to was not open. Cost me at least three hours of time waiting our driving to different locations.
