DARREL SI usually pick up and return at night. I LOVE THIS LOCATION. The parking lot is huge and lights are like daylight. I have been to the office in the past and it is staffed by the nicest person. I wish I got her name but I will next time to post it.

Adam LThe gas tank was not full when I picked up the truck and I brought it back full. I didn't get any credit for the extra fuel. I was asked how many miles I was going to drive before I left, without thinking I gave a number that was 20miles plus underestimated. They ended up charging me 1.09/mile for every mile. Not a big deal but purely a bait and switch deal. U-Haul could do a lot better in customer service.

Rodney DI did not deal with any personnel. It was an after hours drop off and all I had to do was put the key in the box.
ROBIN HThe app experience is awful and I got charged for fuel that wasn't in the truck!! I rented it at 3/4 tank and returned it with the same. I got charged because the previous renter lied!

CELESTE MI requested a furniture dolly and a appliance hand truck and even paid for it and when I got to where the furniture was being moved from opened up the back end of the truck there was no furniture dolly or Appliance hand truck in the back end of the truck I need to find out if the price of the furniture dolly and the appliance hand truck was reimbursed to me

BRENDA MI pick up trucks here at night. I love the well lit parking area THAT IS HUGE !!! I have been here during business hours and I wish I could remember her name but there is the nicest person there to help you get the truck rented. I love this location !!!

REGAN WThe truck had a major gas leak when I filled it up. Because U-Haul said I shouldn’t load it, we lost major time waiting for the repair. True, the repair truck came fairly quickly, but I didn’t completely load the truck until almost 11pm. The inconvenience was not something I was expecting. Who ever had the truck before me should have reported the issue. Not only did we lose time, we also lost close to three gallons of gas. This was my worst u-haul experience.

Kimberly ZVery difficult process to rent. Took about an hour after getting chatting and speaking with customer service. I've rented several others I'm the past. It was easier to return but they charged me for 2 full days when I only had it 26 hours. The additional time should have been taken off due to the problems we incurred with the pickup app. Once CS recommended switching to the internet browser, it worked fine but still slow.

Labresha MWOW - what a great location. This time I rented at night but when I rent in the day I always have found the most friendly people in the office. I like this place at night. Very well lit up - great room for the trucks - easy access to the key lock boxes. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB !!!!

Alberta WYou can provide better customer service reps in Griffin Ga and drivable trucks for long distance that do not leak water into the truck when it rains. You can also balance your tires for long distance trips to prevent an accident.
TERRENCE HThese are such great folks. This time I rented at night. The area is very, very well lighted. Lots of room so it's easy to get the truck in and out. Could not be a better location. The trucks are always clean and ready !

Alidea HOK - if you need to rent a Uhaul - and you want the truck to be there, ready to go - AND - you don't want any issues - AND - if you have issues you want a staff that cares and knows what they are doing - YOU NEED TO GO TO USA RENT A SPACE !!!

Kesua LI was told by uhaul that the office opened at 7 am it opens at 9 am I had to pay movers an extra hour and go through hell trying to get customer service to help me after 6 phone calls one of the U-Haul associate suggested that I could pick up the key from the dropbox, but this was only suggested after six phone calls I was told repeatedly there was nothing we could do but wait until nine however, the office manager at this U-Haul location with absolutely wonderful, and was very apologetic

Clarence DI did not receive the appliance dolly I reserved even after calling the facility the day before to confirm. That did complicate my move a bit, but other than that, everything went smoothly.
Shasta NTruck was dirty, had broken interior, low oil light and ABS light were on. Worst U-Haul I’ve ever rented.
COLE BEnsure all lights work, air conditioning works, driver door is aligned and driver window is on track.
BETHANY RThe lady told me the van was new and it was not. The front bumper was dented and the air did not work!! She took for 2 days over the weekend I was stuck with a van with no air with 80 degree weather!+
