I was not able to utilize the unit. I could not complete the online move in. I reached out to the centralized customer service and was told they could not assist with the online issue but could move me in over the phone. The price online was $1.65 for the unit plus $30 in fees with a deposit of $20 I paid on 8/29/26 leaving $12.01 massive due to complete online move in. I kept getting an error message. I ended up cancelling the reservation and have not received refund of $20 deposit. The over the phone move in was going to be $100 which I had not planned to pay.

Annette H | ReservationAs a long-term customer who has already had a handful of issues with U-Haul before, I was extremely hesitant to establish a new unit but I decided to do it anyway and I am so glad I did. The manager that was on duty at Usa rent a space, was easily the most helpful, personable, and professional employee I have transacted with in I don’t even know how long. Jeremiah wonderfully facilitated our usage of his facilities to such an amazing extent that I am fully prepared to close my other storage unit and rent a second at his location. He made an already strenuous and exhausting day of moving incredulously, less difficult than it could have been.
