The young lady at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I originally had a trailer that was to small and needed an upgrade. This process is not made easy by U-HAUL but this young lady worked through it to ensure my needs as a customer were met. It is the kind of service you hope for but rarely get. Great job!MICHAEL C.

This truck was AWFUL! Bumper missing, beat to hell, couldn't even pull the door closed cause the inside handle was busted. The engine light was on and from speeds 30-50 the truck is a bucking bronco! I was getting car sick driving it! I literally had to go down the highway and back. This truck needs attention. Location is great!truck was old but clean.Jenifer F.

First of all you need to hire new people to work in your office because the first girl that I spoke with didn't do her job correctly. She was very unprofessional. She let a customer get the wrong truck. The customer thought that she was renting the big truck but instead she accidentally got the smaller truck and because your employee was too lazy to get up off of her behind she ended up giving the customer Barbara the key to the smaller uhaul so when Barbara bought the truck back your lazy employee rented me the same truck that Barbara had driven and she didn't get up to check the mileage and gas on the truck so my contract said that the truck had a full tank of gas and the miles were at something that their really weren't. She told me that when I bought the truck back that she would fix it so that I wouldn't be charged for it. So when I brought the truck back that employee who told me that wasn't there (she was a young white heavy set girl) an older skinny white rude lady was there. I explained to her what happened and she gave me attitude even had the nerve to say that I could have driven the truck some where and took a picture of the miles so that I wouldn't have to pay for the miles. Then I told her how stupid that was to even suggest that because the lady had driven 13 miles so all I was saying is I wasn't going to pay for the miles that she had driven. If I was trying to get over then I would have said more than 13 miles duh. Also the mobile app that they say to use when you drop the truck off didn't work so they charged me extra for their bad service and it also didn't work when I had to take a picture of my driver's license so the lazy employee had to do it manually. They also kept drafting my credit card and over charged me. My experience with this company was very very bad and I would not recommend any one to ever go thereTameeka W.

When I originally booked the dolly it was at another location on Buffalo Lake Rd. In Sanford, NC. When I got to the location the dolly was suppose to be at, it wasn't. The older lady that was behind the desk was rude and she yelled at me and no one called me about the change.I had to go to another location that morning. I was annoyed by this and was glad I don't have to use u-haul on the regular and would look for another company next time. This was just a tow Dolly I can't imagine if it was anything else. Make sure women are cute and easy and available for dating lol no just kidding lol ;^) nice service and politeness of personnel;^) ths a bunch 10 thumbs up love quickness and responses but hate the milage rate difference of weekend vessels work days not fair really cod be illegal on charge for all cant decriminalizing of working people from off duty or weekenders one rate for all pls totally price gauging hummmmm look it up pls a lawyer as my friend who told me of this is illegal so might want to look at your policies before someone else does ;^) but thank you for your service and seniors and military should has discounts for service render ;^)) just a thought ;^))Shawn F.

Give the customer the time they requested for the equipment. I felt rushed to use the truck. Although I signed up for 24 hours. U haul callled me to ask when I would bring the truck back. I bought it back early and was still over charged. I cannot even pulk up my receipt via enail. This was not a good experience.Victoria P.

Not happy with the lack of care shown by the lady present at USA Storage Center for the equipment I had paid for not being available. The lady that was working Saturday morning could care less that I had drove 400 mile to move a daughter home and wound up going to the Walmart to by a dolly to move the heavy stuff. I most likely will not do business with U-HAUL again due to this. Now who do I contact to get a refund for the equipment I paid for and did not receive?Kenneth L.
