This is not about the pick up location. The problem is you ALWAYS change my pick up location to some other location that is ALWAYS further away and costs me extra time and gas. And then you don't call to confirm, you send me a text the afternoon before the pick up. At least at this location, the service was friendly and no extra time was wasted. I learned that it's better to NOT do any online check in, because it all has to be redone at the counter anyway.Clifford K.
Horrible customer service. Showed up to pickup my U-Haul reservation and no one was in the office at all. Tried calling and got sent to voicemail. Sign says will return at 3PM when it's 12:30PM. Who is allowed to leave the office for 3 hours???? Such an inconvenience. Just trying to pickup a U-Haul reservation trailer on my lunch break and now I've wasted my whole lunch and now have to go back again to pickup my reservation once someone decided to go backWyatt M.

I have an appointment at 10 the person that open one location I did not apologize to be made and when I return my vehicle the door was closed even though he says it's open at eight he came out and did not apologize once again I said I'm here to return my vehicle he said leave it in the dropbox and a child away so no I will not recommend this location to anyone anyoneCHRISTINE M.

The location was closed on Sunday but the open sign was turned in and it was stated online they were open. The online checkin didn't work it took over an hour to get the truck checked out abs rented after several calls and customer service chats... the equipment I ordered was not in the rented truck. There as also another renter standing outside upon my arrival around 9am confused as to why the location was closed.Branden M.
I was offered $50 credit back for picking up a trailer at another location to drop off at the Hollywood U-haul location along with my 15' truck. I had a terrible experience picking up the trailer. Over a 2 hour wait, the staff was sending me back and forth across the facility because they could not find my reservation and then the general manager and a fork lift driver were arguing in front of me. Delaying me even more and making me feel every uncomfortable. I'd like to not be charged for the gas I had left to fill and the miles I drove, my experience on move in day was horrendous.David C.

I reserved a truck in Pembroke Pines and the system send me, without any notification to other place, where there was not truck available neither! Not sure if the problem is the system or what, but that was really bad. Nevertheless, the girl on the final location manage the way to finally give me a truck, her attention was terrific, she saved the dayAlejandro R.

The center was suppose to open at 9:30am which my reservation was made for and she did not show up until 10:20am approx. She claimed she had to go to the bank.Barbara H.
I reserved a vehicle that wasn't ready at my pickup time, so I had to change around my plans to accommodate the location. When I arrived, the woman there was super rude and confrontational from the get-go. I couldn't use my mobile phone to check in, since the vehicle wasn't ready, so I let her know, to which she insinuated I was wrong that I needed to log back in and try again. She closed the door in my face and made me wait longer. Zero customer service skills. I understand the truck not being there on time isn't her fault - the person before me kept it longer. But to not even offer me any other options? And on top of it all, to make me feel like an extreme nuisance for even being there is inappropriate. This location has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I was downgraded to a smaller truck and not reimbursed for extra mileage I had to drive due to the smaller space.samantha S.
