Most of the issues I had were with horrible web page experience and lack of knowledge from customer support. Over an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issues. The trucks windshield was horribly dirty and covered in bugs, the steering made the truck feel like a death trap. Not a good experience.Marvin B.

Reserved a 15' truck. Was told two days before pickup to either drive extra 300 miles for a 15' truck or take a 10' at the pickup location. Result was leaving items behind. Reserved 10 moving blankets, no moving blankets were provided.philip T.

They didn't know if they were going to have a unit for me. One arrived in time but they didn't receive in before renting to me. When I got to the drop off location they couldn't check me in because the unit was not showing rented to me. I was heading to the Phoenix area, already 95 deter weather- hot. But the air conditioning in the truck was not working. It would start for a few minutes and then quit working. Not fun traveling in noisy freeway with hot air blowing in your face.Faustino M.

Everything was going ok until I was charged an additional $96 fee for "keeping the vehicle an additional two days" even though I had returned it on time. I even called the uhaul 1-800 number and let them know I had dropped it off since there was no one at the drop off location to receive the vehicle, they said they noted my account. When I noticed the mistaken charge I ended up having to spend half a day making phone calls to various uhaul phone numbers and locations, no one on the uhaul side wanted to own the problem and make it right. Super frustrating especially since the whole thing was Uhauls fault.Clayton S.

There were at least 2 locations much closer to our home. Can't figure out why we had pickup that far away. It was fine. No service problems. We wanted 3 packs of 10 blankets, but there were only 3 blankets in the truck. I had to use a few of my own.Dean E.

We were worried about the trailer rolling or moving so we put a pallet behind the tire to hold it in place. I took a picture to prove we tried to secure it. If someone moves the pallet, it might move.LAURA H.

The truck was dirty inside and out. The people are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Corporate U-Haul and the pick up location need to coordinate hours of operation. They did not agree. I traded car hauler back in next day for a 6x12 trailer. They were extremely accommodating to make that trade.Rodney F.

the process for reserving a truck is ridiculous. they make it all but impossible to plan a move when you can't get confirmation of the availability of the equipment until the day before. totally not good customer serviceCarl N.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and easy to work with. Truck worked ok but wouldn't take more than a gallon or two of gas at a time before it spit a bunch back up and out at you. I called customer service on the road and they were nice and easy to deal with.Kristina G.
