He charge me for insurance when I said no then I told him I needed a dolly at first he showed me both sizes and then told me I couldn't get one bc 1 he couldn't add it and when my husband went to ask he said they was already reserved So we had to go to another location ave Q to get a dolly and they were awesome treated us very well.
