i had rented to 2 hour but they gave me this one and by time i went there and came back i only had 1 hr to move some stuff and i didnt have time to move all that i wanted dont know around these places i paid for gas just to pick it up n bring it back. i wont go here again its not worth it
LINDA CWasnt able to pick it up from a true uhaul location. The person confirming was rude and didnt provide an address of where to pick up. The email was wrong for the pick up address. He left a jacket in the truck and my tow was messed up per a true uhaul worker i visited. This delayed my whole day and potentially damaged my vehicle being towed.

GLENN BHe charge me for insurance when I said no then I told him I needed a dolly at first he showed me both sizes and then told me I couldn't get one bc 1 he couldn't add it and when my husband went to ask he said they was already reserved So we had to go to another location ave Q to get a dolly and they were awesome treated us very well.
