I was having issues dropping off and there was a gentleman who was working on another equipment for U-Haul by the armando xclusive cuts in neosho off hwy 59, the guy who helped me drives a U-Haul truck around repairing all trucks. He went above and beyond with the help he provided. I wish I knew his name. Great guy.

There was no store front. There was no personnel. It was basically drop it off in the corner of a large shopping mall parking lot. Only reason I knew where to leave it was (a) I saw 3 other U Haul's in that area, and (b) I called the number. Husein was the UHaul rep and he was EXTREMELY professional and helpful.

The 'location' is the Northwest mall in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Index of stores within the mall entrances do not have 'Used Cars USA' listed. Between the owner's vague phone directions and asking other establishments inside the mall where to find it, I spent a good hour and a half before I had the rental set up. No U-Haul sign on the store front to identify as a dealer. The store is selling motorcycles and ATVs. U-Haul equipment is scattered randomly in the mall's parking lots (yes, lots). Per the owner's direction, to drop off the rental, I had to go back to the exact parking spot where the rental was hooked up, back in and unhook it myself, then call them and let them know it was returned. I have rented from U-Haul over a decade. I have never experienced such a poor experience, and I will ask for an alternate U-Haul if U-Haul selects "Used Cars USA" for me in the future. I don't care if I have to drive 50 miles to pick it up.

The main link showed it to be in the middle of a shopping mall. Eventually found 3 or 4 other trailers parked in the back of the mall. When we called uhaul to find out if this was where the drop off was, it took us 20-30 minutes to get thru to anyone who knows anything. Terrible return process

Take a look at the Google reviews. They're all accurate. I felt like this guy was so shady that I canceled my debit card. He was rude, unprofessional, and passed off inadequate equipment for me to use.

Location is hard to find. It's in a mall, inside a store. The owner was nice and helpful, but he was the only person there. There are no extra options to buy (i.e. hitch, moving blankets, etc.)

I have rented 3 UHaul trucks over the… I have rented 3 UHaul trucks over the past two years helping people 2 times and this one was for me. Every truck I picked up was filthy and disgusting inside with people’s food dropping in the seats etc…one was so bad with dog hair I had to use a blower to get it out of the truck and I mean bad! This was a gas powered blower! This last truck I made notes asking that it was clean and the windshield wipers were safe as the 2nd truck fell off completely. So I made a note asking for the truck to be clean and windshield wipers were in safe operating conditions. I knew I was going to be driving in bad weather. So I guess they don’t bother reading your notes and the wipers were shot! The truck had gold glitter all over the cab and left over food from someone’s mouth were between the seats. So I took it home and cleaned it with pinesol , got an air freshener and wiper blades. They do not maintain there equipment period! Out of all three trucks I should have been paid to drive them! I’m a Class A driver and there equipment is awful and should be pulled into the weight stations for inspections! Or you should pull it into the scale and ask for it to be inspected. Anyways if you get one all I can say is good luck! I called three people and asked for some money back for my time and effort and haven’t heard a word from upper management nor any compensation. They just don’t care! So that means you better care and check everything yourself including oil, tire pressure etc…if not you will be broke down on the road so definitely pay the money for roadside assistance as it’s not free

I had no problem other than finding the place in a mall. If the owner would not have called a couple hours before I was due I don't think I would have found it. Having to walk back to truck and drive yo opposite corner of mall parking was inconvenient, but owner was friendly and helpful and had trailer that I reserved. All went well, it just had an odd feel to it.

Had a difficult time finding location within the Mall. Had to inquire with security as to where it was, only a small window sign. It would be helpful to have a larger sign in a placement easily seen.

The man was incredibly rude and demeaning. He also gave the 15 foot truck he had out to somebody just a few hours before me, who had made their reservation the day prior, when mine was made weeks in advance. He also did not have the equipment I needed by charged me for it anyway so I had to spend nearly an hour calling and being transferred and being on hold waiting to get to the person that could refund me these items. Then, he also changed my drop off location, even though I asked him not to. So I spent another hour getting to the right person that could change things for me.

My reservation got changed 3 times and they said for the inconvenience they would upgrade me for free. I said that’s awesome and thank you so much, BUT when I went to pick up the trailer the guy helping charged me over 3 times than the amount taken. Plus I got charge the original fee. Then when I went to drop my trailer the guy messed up and said I was returning it to the original location. Overall it was a very frustrating experience, but I am thankful for the guy I dropped it off to, he was very helpful. I don’t mind switching pickup but being charged extra when the customer support said I wouldn’t made me very upset. I move a lot for my job so hopefully next time won’t be as awful.

We made reservations at one location then were sent to 2 other locations to pick up the items. Did not care for that but did finally get what we reserved. Papers did not have drop off address. We had to call and ask where to drop off. They told us it was on the paperwork. Drop off was quick and easy very Easy to deal with. Will use that location again.

The owner was very helpful as I had difficulty finding the office, which is located inside a Shopping Mall. ('m not from the area.) So he greeted me at a Mall entrance and walked me to their office. He hooked up my U-Haul, checked all the lights and sent me on my way. Very friendly and nice.

The tires on the trailer were almost bald. Gentleman renting the trailer did not connect the chains correctly. When sweeping it out, we found small pieces of broken glass and several nails that did not come from us. Actual pick up location was in the mall. Plus was that we were able to pick up a little earlier than scheduled.

What a beater. The driver door didn’t close all the way. Wind blowing through the opening and it was VERY LOUD! No way should I be charged full price for this. But I will be, because I’ve never had good service from U-Haul. I think it’s time I’ve moved on

We were rerouted a couple of times after arriving on time for our mobile pick up. At the last minute we were informed that the pick up location on Huntsville Road was not able to provide a key or code to the pick up box. This was very frustrating since we had been assured that everything would run smoothly. At the last minute, the H-haul representative at Shiloh in the Mall had an available truck in our size. He tried his best to steer us to the site in the Fayetteville/Springdale Mall, and he regaled us with a great sense of humor, though he did not seem to grasp at first that my wife was desperate to use the bathroom in the store (but she made it on time). May I suggest you consider making vans available to other cities. It seems like the ones at Twin-Cities U-Haul had some, but we were told they had to be returned to that store, which was rather difficult for a one-way rental from NW Arkansas to Oklahoma City

This location is in a mall and very hard to find. The location is also a scooter store but there is no sign displayed designating the scooter store as a U-Haul Pick-up/Drop-off location. This storefront is also very far away from where the U-Haul trucks are parked. There is no sign or instructions on which door to go in to get to the storefront. I needed to find the U-Haul store because there was no key drop located near the truck parking area. Additionally, the U-Haul app did not allow me to upload photos of the truck to complete my drop off. Overall this was a very frustrating and difficult experience.

The location was not the issue per say. The gentleman was very nice. But Uhaul as a company was. Changed my pickup location 3 times before I actually got a truck. The cargo part of the truck literally smelled like human urine. When I dropped off the truck at the Fayetteville location, there was No drop box so I had to make an additional trip to the N. Shiloh location to return the key. It was very inconvenient and not customer family. For the the criminally high price you charge for a rental..I.E 447$ to move IN THe SAME STATE.. I thought I would’ve been taken care of better. I’ll keep that in mind moving forward

Returning the UHaul was very frustrating as it wasn't a designated building. We were expecting a location with a team to accept the truck and ensure everything was in proper order. Instead, the address directed us to a mall in Fayetteville, AR and there wasn't a designated space with any clear markings. We happened to find another UHaul truck parked in the parking lot where we parked the truck we rented. When I called the number, the gentleman said to leave the keys under the front seat with the doors unlocked! I was very concerned the truck would be stolen and we would be held liable. This is not safe!

This uhaul rep was the worst I had ever experienced he cussed me on the phone his place of uhaul pick up and drop off is in a mall. I have used uhaul alot in the past 8 months I will never go to this rep again if no other rep has what I need I would rather go without than deal with that jackass again

The guy I got the truck from was awesome but the truck needs some help. the passenger side seatbelt was broken and I have a video. The doors were also very sketchy. I hope to not have to use Uhaul again as my previous experience before this one I paid for 2 Uhaul movers to help and they were 2 hours late - I dont think anyone ever even followed up with me on that but it messed up the whole move for $200

Truck was full of leaves, several pieces of trash, and a piece of a bed frame. Additionally the truck with nearly 200,000 miles on it had no working AC, the seat had no support on the right side so I was falling off, and made an awful squeeling sound when accelerating.

I went to the address and there was no indication of any kind where I was to pick up my truck. I finally got a call from the dealer asking me where I was and telling me where I could meet him. We met behind a dumpster and he took me into his office. Then I had to go across the street to find my truck. I was 30 minutes late picking up my truck because of a great lack of information.

The gentleman who helped us was very nice, however couldn’t get any of my credit cards to take in their system(we have no credit problems)- seemed to be a glitch in their system- had to end up paying cash:(. And after I went to trouble to put all my info on line . And the trucks and trailers are at a separate location from where you register/pay— inconvenient set up. Difficult to find the place to pay- no signs for U-Haul at all

The actual drop off of the uhaul is next door to the mall at 4143 N Shiloh and this should be sent as return address instead of 4201 N Shiloh Fayetteville, AR to prevent others from doing in circles around in the mall parking lot then having to call the location.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. The rental place was inside a scooter store at the Fayetteville mall, not obvious AT ALL. There was one guy working, extremely slow. He didn’t listen well and talked over me numerous times. The trailers were located off-site in a parking filled with potholes, and there was no clear direction.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly but I had called Uhaul that morning to 've sure there wouldn't be a deposit and was rather adamantly told there was not one then got charged a deposit. Maybe you should update the information your customer service reps use to let them know that there is in fact a $100 deposit when you use cash or a prepaid card such as a work pay card to pay, that way there won't be any unpleasant surprises for your customers.

Location was listed as being open from 11 AM till 5 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 11:15 AM to drop off, but operation was closed. I called the number on my contract and a gentleman answered and stated he was closed, and gave me a new address to drop the trailer off at. After I hung up, I was unable to find the address on Google maps. Aside from the location being in the wrong direction I was heading, I did not have time to further delay my departure so I called the gentleman back to let Him know I was unable to find the map location and ended up leaving the trailer there. I then got on the phone with the U-Haul Toll Free number, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I finally connected to a live associate, who then transferred me to another line. She then insisted on speaking to my wife who was not with me (the initial reservation was made under her name, yet I picked up the trailer and was also added as an additional driver). Very frustrating to that took over 40 minutes to try and resolve before losing the connection.

The drop off address was wrong on the contract and text. 4201 N Shiloh Fayetteville, AR is the mall. We had to call to get the correct address. The location was a parking lot with no one there.
