One problem, when I returned the Van I call UHAUL and was put on hold for 45mins. I went on line and the location finder was not working. Luckily the owner was still at his office and I was able to give him the keys. The Usha office had great service.JEFFREY F.

This was the worst experience ever! I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again. I could not park my car at this location and luckily my daughter came and could drive the car. I could not understand the man who answered the phone and he was not very clear about what to do and how drop-off occurs. The checj airbag light was on the whole entire drive and I wanted to bigger uhaul, but he gave me the smaller one. I was pressed for time and I did not want to go back in again to exchange the uhaul. I try to pay the bill and then I call and the lady (who was very nice) explains how I may need to wait a day or two to pay the bill...ridiculous! I will NEVER recommend this company again!!!LAURIE M.

Had a problem during pickup.... U-Haul website wouldn't accept my license number when I checked in so I couldn't get the code to get the key from the lock-box. I had to go inside after they opened (15 min late), fill out all the paperwork and sign rental agreement.kevin S.
The location was great but the 23/7 app was poor. During pickup the app restarted multiple times, forcing me to upload the same pictures 5x. Was so back I had to leave and come back the next day. For the return, same issues with the app. I become so frustrated I eventually gave up on contact-less rental and walked into the shop to turn in the keys to the van. The app is garbage. Please either fix it or take it off the shelf. My experience with uhaul was shot that day because of the faulty app.Dillon J.

I picked a van at around midday, with an agreed return time of 6:00pm. Upon return before 5pm, the agent told me to download an app which would guide me through the return process (which he said involved uploading photos of vehicle). The app didn't have any of the info suggested. The agent couldn't help with that either. He gave me a number to call. I called several times, each time talking to someone who didn't know where on the uhal website to locate after hours return. The round and round took more than an hour. Eventually, I was asked to hand the key to the agent at the location. Next afternoon, I looked up my account. I'd been charged about $90 for a 44 mile trip. I again called the number. Someone hang up. I tried online chat. The chat window told me to wait as an agent would get to me shortly. After more than ten minutes with no agent to respond to me, I logged off and called the agent at the location again. The only thing he could do to help was give me the same number he gave me the previous day. Need I explain more? When I eventually got someone to talk to, and I explained my unpleasant experience, I was told that there are videos on how to use Uhal app for after hours return. With the final invoice, she would attach the videos. They are ALL about how to use trailers, how to drive, how not to load cargo... I have never had a poorer experience of any vehicle rental company. Please Uhal: 1) Get your agents to understand EVERYTHING that customers need to do on pick up and return. 2) If you use digital technology, make sure it works, or simply eliminate it altogether 3) Let the customer know EXACT details of issues that could cost them time when returning vehicles. 4) Your company runs rental vehicles through a large country that is on different time zones. You should have ACTIVE customer care reps 24/7/366! With the experience I had, Uhal will be my LAST option. Only if I cannot find someone else to rent a vehicle from will the remote thought cross my mind of hiring from hereDAVID M.

I was charged for an additional day when it was uhaul a fault that the movers I hired from them didn't show on the day they were supposed to. I ended up having to call and schedule movers from a different company. I'd appreciate a refund at least for the extra day I shouldn't have had to pay for but I'll never see it.David S.

The request process was terrible. I was told there was no equipment. Then someone else called me back hours later asking why I did not pick up the equipment that I was previously told was unavailable. Then upon returning the equipment I was charged for fuel when I shouldn't have been. It took days for them to close out my contact. No one called me about my dispute. And I am still waiting for all of this to be resolved. This has been TERRIBLE. I will not recommend this location or Uhaul in general to anyone.Ashli C.

Online check in was terrible. It took over an hour of attempting to log in. I kept getting an error "order not found". App didnt work. The support number had me on hold for over a half hour. It took an hour of logging in over and over before a finally we were able to log in. I was charged for furniture pads i reserved and never recieved and when i contacted the company about a refund for the furniture pads i never got one.Morgan W.

I called the day before to confirm that I could pick up the UHaul in person at 9 AM. The website said that it would be open at 9 AM, the UHaul app said it would be open at 9 AM. I arrived at 9 AM and the store was closed with no instructions or clear label as to where I should even pick up the UHaul. I called the listed number twice, no answer. I went into an adjacent building that shared a name with the place listed under the UHaul and asked if I could pick it up. I could not, but the woman was very helpful and got me in contact with who should (she was also very polite and I appreciated her assistance greatly). I then spent 30 minutes on the phone just to have someone come in at 9:50 and give me the key. I was told over the phone that I was in the wrong because they only ever open at 10 despite all of their information stating they open at 9. When you are moving, an hour is a signficant amount of time. I lost not only an hour of time, but also the help of friends who couldn't stay the extra time. I was set back from my entire schedule and the residual effects made an already stressful process much worse.Matt H.

two issues: #1) this location said they would remove incorrect charges for 2 dollies that were never reserved and for blankets that were reserved but not provided by the pickup location - 12 days later the original incorrect charge still not corrected; #2) after dropping off the truck as scheduled on 8/12, on 8/24 we received an updated invoice with incorrect extra daily charges because the truck had allegedly been returned on 8/24LAWRENCE H.
