The truck had no gas, and I didn’t get my reservation at the accurate time. This made me have to call into customer support multiple times, making me wait an extra hour after my reservation time.

victor hI would allow people to upload their information to the app prior to the pickup. Ie the head shot the drivers license and address and cc info.
