Was told No parking for customers on arrival. Never saw anything during booking?? After the guy tells me I can park at the mall and WALK back 10mins at least...I asked if I pay $10 can I park. Sure! So bribes accepted here!! Also- 30 friggin EMPTY parking spaces but they allow NOBODY to park there ALso- used "counter service", haha...they don't do Anything service related. Had to put a code in a box to get the key while 2 workers are onsite? HORRIBLE , Never again

We booked a furniture dolly but it was not available at pick up. This caused a significant inconvenience for us and we were very disappointed. The clerk attempted to help call other uhaul locations but they didn't pick up or didn't have a dolly.
Marsha CThe truck had no gas, and I didn’t get my reservation at the accurate time. This made me have to call into customer support multiple times, making me wait an extra hour after my reservation time.
Garrett DWould not provide us with a receipt at the time of the return. I had to call to get the receipt.
Thomas SAt the time of booking I also added a cargo trolley which was not provided to me but was charged for.
