all went really well and the van was brand new and perfect.

I have pictures as proof to show we rented their truck and drove less than one mile (767.5 to 768.3) and I was charged for 3 miles and $11 in gas when the odometer didn't move. My photos from before and after match and this location will not refund me. I'm disputing the entire charge now with my credit card company.
