Keith AVery narrow entrance and exit to the pickup location. Employee was surprised that I had a reservation but the equipment and supplies were available. Employee was very helpful with hookup but should have explained weight distribution requirements for trailers. I was aware of the requirements for weight distribution in trailers when towing and was surprised it wasn't mentioned.

Mark SVery difficult entry to the lot. I had to unhook the car out in a busy street because it was not possible to pull into the lot. The property is sloppedand mostly dirt. Employee offered no assistance. Difficult to turn my RV around to get back out.

carol sThe uhaul agent was incredibly rude to me. Speaking over me when the reservation details were wrong. The check engine light was on when I got the rental and was ignored about it. The inside of the cab also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had an asthma attack. I hope to never go to this location again. I contacted uhaul directly immediately after leaving the rental location. I was seriously appalled by how I was treated.

toni bIn returning the trailer, this place was a non-descript location that happens to do everything from selling cars to windshield repair. It stated that they opened at 9am but no one was there and the entrance to the lot was blocked by the numerous vehicles they had on their lot, so I had to park on the street and call the business. Luckily the guy answered his phone and said he was at Wal-Mart and was on his way, so we had to wait for him to get there for our drop off. I don't understand how this whole process could be so difficult as we were told by UHaul that they don't know where their equipment is at any given time?? Don't you keep track of what was rented out and where it was returned, so you should know. Really surprised at how disorganized this whole process was...
kurt bI was charged a cleaning fee even though I spent the time to ensure the vehicle I dropped off was clean.
Connor GWe dropped off after hours and was scheduled to drop off both equipment at different locations. When we arrived at the Hurricane location, parking was extremely tight and difficult to properly get equipment in effectively and we were quickly told to leave so that they could block off the entrance.

A man who worked there backed up and rolled the window down( I assumed to speak to me), so I asked if where I parked the truck was okay. He started throwing his hands up and smacking the steering wheel because I was bothering him and told me to “vamos”. Men inside the building were just as dismissive and barely even acknowledged I was there. This place was a flipping joke and all I did was drop off keys.

Tom LThis location does not have a clear dropoff location, is a dusty ugly yard and the first thing the individual I spoke to said was oh we're going to have to charge you a cleaning fee. He was a rude oafish lump of a man, gouging to get an extra piece. Were he whom I rented from, I'd never recommend Uhaul to anyone. The fee was later refunded having called Uhaul corporate however the need to take that step for lack of corporate transparency is what sparks lack of confidence in any company. When one prepays and cleaning is a brief subsection that isn't outlined in any meaningful way, it creates a sense something is being hidden intentionally.

This was never explained by anyone anywhere. Then he said he had to charge me $16 or else he'd loose his franchise. It was also almost impossible to safely enter the yard where we were supposed to drop it off.

Todd SThis location is a used car lot with a dirt parking lot. I generally do not like the neighborhood U-Haul locations. I would rather have a couple more REAL U-Haul locations than a bunch of neighborhood locations.

Charlene DUhaul called me the day before the pickup time for the trailer to inform me that the size I reserved would not be available at that location and I would have to drive 20 miles to another location to obtain a trailer of that size. Annoying to say the least. However, Uhaul offered me a larger trailer for the same price because one was available at my original pickup location which worked well enough. So the problem was solved and it worked well enough for me. However, it might not work for another person who might not have a vehicle powerful enough to haul the larger trailer offered. Just a thought.

Jorge OI made the reservation for St. George. You changed it to Hurricane the day before I picked up the car dolly. This caused me 30 miles round trip further than I anticipated. This made it very difficult on me as I had a very tight schedule.

Cameron PEquipment was damaged, in disrepair, only discovered hours after leaving the facility and attempting to use the trailer. I had to unload and return to the location to find a replacement rental which wasn’t broken. Delayed the move by several hours.

Stacy SThis is the 2nd time I have used this location. This is the 2nd time I have had problems with the gas in the moving van. When I picked up the van Daniel said it was filled 3/8 to 1/2 a tank. I got in the van and it was only a hair above 1/4 of a tank. This time I took a picture and went and made Daniel come out and look at it. He said it's between 3/8 and 1/2 a tank. He wouldn't even look at it. hen I returned the van I filled it at a hair over 1/4 of a tank. No one was there to check the van in. I parked it and took another picture of the gas gauge. I put the keys in the drop box. When I received my receipt this morning I had been charged an additional $25.00 for 4 gallons of gas. I called Daniel. He was very rude and hung up on me. There was no reason whatsoever to react that way. I wasn't being rude or using bad language. He is very disrespectful towards women and unprofessional. I will never use this location again. Maybe not even uhaul again.
