The lock on the truck was very greasy and should be cleaned up before renting.

Very difficult entry to the lot. I had to unhook the car out in a busy street because it was not possible to pull into the lot. The property is sloppedand mostly dirt. Employee offered no assistance. Difficult to turn my RV around to get back out.

carol sThe uhaul agent was incredibly rude to me. Speaking over me when the reservation details were wrong. The check engine light was on when I got the rental and was ignored about it. The inside of the cab also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had an asthma attack. I hope to never go to this location again. I contacted uhaul directly immediately after leaving the rental location. I was seriously appalled by how I was treated.
