Uhaul called me the day before the pickup time for the trailer to inform me that the size I reserved would not be available at that location and I would have to drive 20 miles to another location to obtain a trailer of that size. Annoying to say the least. However, Uhaul offered me a larger trailer for the same price because one was available at my original pickup location which worked well enough. So the problem was solved and it worked well enough for me. However, it might not work for another person who might not have a vehicle powerful enough to haul the larger trailer offered. Just a thought.

Jorge OI made the reservation for St. George. You changed it to Hurricane the day before I picked up the car dolly. This caused me 30 miles round trip further than I anticipated. This made it very difficult on me as I had a very tight schedule.

Cameron PEquipment was damaged, in disrepair, only discovered hours after leaving the facility and attempting to use the trailer. I had to unload and return to the location to find a replacement rental which wasn’t broken. Delayed the move by several hours.

Stacy SThis is the 2nd time I have used this location. This is the 2nd time I have had problems with the gas in the moving van. When I picked up the van Daniel said it was filled 3/8 to 1/2 a tank. I got in the van and it was only a hair above 1/4 of a tank. This time I took a picture and went and made Daniel come out and look at it. He said it's between 3/8 and 1/2 a tank. He wouldn't even look at it. hen I returned the van I filled it at a hair over 1/4 of a tank. No one was there to check the van in. I parked it and took another picture of the gas gauge. I put the keys in the drop box. When I received my receipt this morning I had been charged an additional $25.00 for 4 gallons of gas. I called Daniel. He was very rude and hung up on me. There was no reason whatsoever to react that way. I wasn't being rude or using bad language. He is very disrespectful towards women and unprofessional. I will never use this location again. Maybe not even uhaul again.
Lisa SFirst of all, noone was there at 9am for pickup. Couldn't get the uhaul until 10am. I drove the uhaul 12 miles and when I filled the gas tank it took 7.027 gallons of gas. It took $27.33 of gas. Which means the prior customer didn't fill it up and they didn't catch it or someone who runs these uhauls is siphoning gas out of the uhauls. There is no customer service at this location. They probably can't even spell customer service. I like renting uhauls but this is a very poor location.

Ben HWas difficult to park the unit in such a small opening. The worker didn’t even care to know there were problems with the tail lights on the trailer. I don’t believe he was even going to get them fixed for the next person.
diane mThe front guy was kinda of rude and just told me yo park the trailer down below and to not block any others. He came down shortly after with another customer and took the trailer off my truck and it rolled into my bumper. Didn't do anything but he did not say sorry or anything. He finished helping the other customer and the never came back to the office to check me out. He was rearranging trucks and trailers. The other guy in the office said I could go and I would get an email when he entered in as being returned. I got an email about 1 hour layer. Nir very professional

owen hCustomer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in Hurricane UT. Door was locked at pick up time. When the door was opened by the attendant there was no greeting. He said “what do you need.” Very sharp and rude. As he was doing the paper work for the trailer a dog was wandering around the office then me, sniffing my crotch, and the attendant said very little. Only asking necessary question and sound annoyed the whole time. Like I was a bother and interrupting something, maybe his morning nap. When we hooked the trailer up he hooked the tongue up and took a picture. Walked back made sure lights worked but never did a walk around to inspect trailer. No check on tires or axel. Anything. Within 10 miles after leaving the yard I noticed a serious vibration. And discovered a tire was separating and bulging. Not wanting to return to that same location and be treated like shit I continued to Cedar city to have the tire switched out. To my astonishment I was treated no better in the Cedar location, and told they could do nothing to help. It’s like a requirement to get bitchy employees. At this time I called road side assistance and they dispatched a tow truck from fricking BEAVER 50 miles away to help me. 3 hours later the tow truck arrived. And took 5 minutes to swap a tire and wheel from another trailer that the Uhaul location should have done for me. This was after making several calls and talking until blue in the face trying to get the Cedar location. FYI Cedar city is a town of more than 35.000 people. And at least 30 tire shops as compared to Beaver with the population do a few thousand. And 3 tires shops. Making someone wait 3 hours to get a 5 minute tire swap done. Wouldn’t let me wait inside and it was over 100 degrees outside.

Kevin LTruck was not in good repair. Wheels were out of balance so bad I wouldn’t drive it in a long trip. Passenger side windshield wiper does not operate at all… UNSAFE !!! Desk person / Manager didn’t seem to care one bit, I informed him of these things and he didn’t even bother to acknowledge them, let alone write them down. He had a very poor attitude. One of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had with Uhaul!

ROBERT BDropped my wallet while hooking up trailer. I got almost an immediate call, and was able to come back and collect it with everything in it. Very pleased with the staff at this U-Haul Store.
Jeffery MWe were going to drop off our U-Haul equipment just after 9am on a Thursday. The drop off location had no one working, and a vehicle was strategically parked to block the entrance. I tried calling the number and it went through a Google screening, never called me back. We had to leave and come back the next day. When we asked about the car blocking the entrance, the person had nothing to say. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone, for any reason. They shouldn't be able to be a drop off location.
ken hMake reservation/confirmed to be pickup in St George on June 12 at 4:00PM. Late morning June 12th got message Reserved unit is NO AVAILABLE "DID NOT PASS SAFETY". But another available in HERRICANE 18 miles away. I asked if they can bring it to St George and was told NO. With NO time to make other arrangement was FORCED to accept the option. The unit was an OLD trailer with rust much wear on it. The people Herricane location were great. EXCEPT the condition of the trailer and "BEAT AND SWITCH" in St George Uhaul is unprofessional.. I have been a customer of UHAUL for almost 20 years and NEVER was treated this way.

Michael BIt was very dark at the time of pick-up. No lights on in the yard. The drop-off instructions were lacking. “Put the key in A1”?! What the heck or where is A1? This is a used car lot with a single key drop box. There was also a referenced to the cylinder lock code. I just put the key back where I found it; in the back. Also, spend about $200 and get a new steering wheel. Just doing this one fix will give your customers a feeling of driving a new truck. Everything else about the truck was fine, just the steering wheel felt like pieces were coming off in your hands while driving.

Adam GHe charged me $25 cleaning fee. I sweep up the truck and cleaned it out. It happened to snow and I took it to the dump and the road was partially dirt so the truck tires got muddy. I filled the gas tank also.
