There was no one there on a day they said they were open until 5:00 very small parking lot it was hard to find
TONA MNo one physically helped me, I never saw an employee. I hooked up the trailer myself in the rain and completed the contract on the phone. No one at the location when I returned the trailer.
JOHN NThe chat agent took a while to respond to my questions. I have to use my other phone to call customer services while waiting for the agent to respond.
Rowena AI arrived there was no one working at the place. (they stepped out from what I was told). I had to do my entire transaction talking to a person through a Ring camera. The transaction was quick, but then I was told to drop the trailer off in the back. Luckily my sister has experience maneuvering trailers because it was a very tight area. We also had to unhitch, and maneuver the trailer (chalk, the tires, etc.). It was a lot of work and something I would have preferred be done by the employees.

RODNEY GHave wi-Fi available for the customer to be available to return the equipment online or somebody available to help the customer because this area has really bad phone service I was there for almost an hour trying to complete it and I couldn’t nobody was there that very poor service.

Jim WVery difficult to maneuver through crowded parking lot after attaching trailer myself! No access out of lot without many turns and parked cars to hit. I was initially given a trailer that had a bent frame that would definitely not tow properly. ( I wonder if the next customer is going to be charged for the damage or worse, have an accident due to faulty equipment. Better inspection and documentation of damage and immediate repair of safety issues is needed.

Leslie NThe truck on my reservation was not there when I got there. I was offered free gas in exchange for returning that truck to another location but that truck was nowhere to be found. The truck on site had an empty tank. Because of all this I waited 2 hours at the site for the mixup to be figured out. There was nothing offered for their mistakes or my inconvenience. Terrible service experience.

Leslie NThe instructions on how to pick up the truck were not clear. It was not easy to find the location and we didn't know how to get the key. The sign said to wait in the car for a lot attendant but there wasn't one. I never saw a physical person the whole time we were there. We had to call around until we got someone who could help us. It took us nearly 30 min to get the truck from when we arrived. I won't do self-service pick up again.
