The odometer read 13353 when I left but the woman typed in 13253. So it thought I went 120 miles rather than the 20 miles I drove. I hope I don’t get charged.

Danielle WIt was really annoying not having an office to walk into and get face to face help. The app/mobile/text links were a nightmare to use and made the whole day frustrating. This should’ve been the seamless part of moving: getting the truck ready to go. Instead it was full of flaws and just made everything drag on. So many glitches and issues with the truck and the app. Absolutely hope to not do it again ever.
