There was nothing that needs to be improved on that I can tell. The U-Haul website needs to update the phone number for the U-Haul line, but otherwise had a wonderful experience. The lady that I spoke to both times I had to rent was super nice.

Parking is very difficult. It’s behind a building. There are vehicles blocking the exit that look like they’ve been there for days. A black Mercedes was blocking. The exit.
lance wThe location was awesome! They were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend. I originally was looking for a tow dolly, but none were on the site so I chose a trailer instead. When I got there and saw one, they saw it was available and was able to update my reservation so I got what I wanted! I had an awesome experience and I cannot recommend the service lady that helped me enough! Such a great experience!
Kathleen HThe odometer read 13353 when I left but the woman typed in 13253. So it thought I went 120 miles rather than the 20 miles I drove. I hope I don’t get charged.
