There was no office, the drop-off location was behind a building in a very tight space. I could barely get the trailer through the area even though I have pulled trailers many many times in my life and feel very comfortable with them. The parking lot was dirty and had trash in it. One nice lady who might’ve been an employee told me where I could park the trailer and asked if I needed help. I told her I did not and she left. She was nice, but the whole set up and location were terrible. I have rented U-Haul equipment quite a few times in my life and I’ve never seen anything this bad.

There was nothing that needs to be improved on that I can tell. The U-Haul website needs to update the phone number for the U-Haul line, but otherwise had a wonderful experience. The lady that I spoke to both times I had to rent was super nice.
Kathleen HParking is very difficult. It’s behind a building. There are vehicles blocking the exit that look like they’ve been there for days. A black Mercedes was blocking. The exit.

When I got there and saw one, they saw it was available and was able to update my reservation so I got what I wanted! I had an awesome experience and I cannot recommend the service lady that helped me enough! Such a great experience!
