Location: superb service, very friendly and helpful. U-haul system in Valdosta as a whole: have one or more additional trucks so one can be available when customers arrive even if another truck is being returned a day late. We had to wait over 40 minutes to pick up our truck, and another couple had to wait even longer due to a mix-up in the system.

The site provided no security whatsoever! Our broken trailer was towed and left in an unsecured gas station lot with the replacement trailer opened and a homeless man inside using a U-Haul moving blanket littered with alcohol bottles and cigarette butts. PLEASE CHECK YOUR AXLES AND SPRINGS IN A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE.

TONEY TI didn't rent a truck with you, apparently someone with my name did but it wasn't me. I did check and none of my credit cards were used, so I'm thinking that the U-Haul rep just looked up my account when someone with my same name rented.
