I booked a truck to pull up and find out that it was booked with another person. After talking to the uhaul rep that pretty much said the other person got the truck for a while I was told I could take the truck and finally got the keys. I was also supposed to get the $50 reservation refunded for the inconveniences. I got the truck half way across town and found that the $7 I paid for a dolly wasn't there. I was told I could go back all the way across town to pick it up using milage and gas that would be more than the $7 to rent to dolly. So needless to say I had to move with out much needed equipment and was charged for it.Seth R.

The only reason I rated the location Above Average and not Excellent is because I think large trucks would have difficulty navigating the several turns to get in and out. My experience with a small truck was excellent. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the truck and the easy access to fuel.IAN W.

Not sure why I received calls and emails and a reservation cancelation, I did get the truck at the location and have a receipt to prove it. I think you need to sync your systems, for it does not give U-Haul a bad name like HERTZ.Carma M.

Unfortunately there is nothing this location can do to improve. The Agents were very polite and courteous. The only issue I had was I wanted the 10' truck but could only get the 15' truck, which was of course more money. When I get there, they had a 10' Truck sitting there, but I was informed that this 10' Truck was in need of repairs and had been sitting there for over 2 weeks waiting to be picked up and repaired. This location does not have a huge collection to choose from. From what I saw it was a 10', a 15' and a car trailer. But it is not their fault for not having the 10' Truck available because someone has not picked it up for repairs. The most important reason I chose this location was because they were the only ones that I could find who were open past 4:30 pm- 5 pm. I had a pick up to make at 5:30 pm and could not make it back obviously. They site said they were open until 10 pm, perfect, but when I got there they were only going to be open until 9pm. Luckily that worked out for me. And yes I could have used the app and dropped it off at any time and used the key drop, but I like the personal interaction so I can make sure they are not charging me for any incidents which were not my direct fault. The had no moving blankets as ordered no dolly as ordered no straps as ordered no ramp as ordered the truck had issues and would not go above 55 mph I couldn't even stay with the flow of traffic the speedometer see 75 mph but when I went past speed check said 55 mph the brakes kept locking up and the truck didn't want to shift gearsanthony L.

You should stop using Valero! The guy had no clue and said he doesn't know why they dropped it off. Then proceeds to try and help us. We got it hooked up but then had to drive to uhaul to get it checked. This is absurd for how much this cost!!!!!! Main issue was with the Uhaul app and 24/7 option. I have rented a few times with Uhaul, and app constantly locks up. Also, all info was previously entered at rental (to make things quicker) but still took forever, and could not post any pictures of truck condition. Other big issue was late changes in pickup and drop off locations that were nowhere near where I was, without clear communication. Text and emails should be TITLED with action.Keith W.
