The store was to open at 7:30, so I scheduled my packers for 8am. The guy did not even arrive at the Valero till 7:42, so my packing crew was waiting on me to arrive the truck was very dusty, and the brake release was hanging down not attached to the lower dash.

I’m genuinely grateful of the experience I had here as everything just went right. The people were helpful and kind. I didn’t receive anything special from them but the lack of problems from this place was refreshing.

James DI was told to keep track of my miles since the gas tank was not full when I rented the truck. I drove 7 miles with the truck and they charged me 11 dollars for gas. The estimate online for the 6 hour use of the truck was bit over 50 dollars. I returned the truck 1 1/2 hours early and hadn’t taken the packing blankets out of the plastic covering. When I got to the store the charge changed to over $100. By the time I didn’t have a choice since I needed the truck to move my daughter. I don’t appreciate “bait and Switch” tactics and will not recommend this U-Haul site to anyone. Let the buyer beware.
