First truck I got had trash and a lighter in it and smelled heavily of smoke. The second truck I got was fine but very worn down.

First I reserved a van, When I arrived they only had this old broke down truck and ask would that be okay? Like I had a choice! Then I didn’t ask for the $15 safe move. Then they had the nerve to tell me I have to call U-Haul to get the $15 credit since they added it on without me knowing! Service was terrible!!!!!
