Tough to pick up or drop off due to small sizw

When I arrived for my pickup time, a man who was also the clerk in the gas station, went over the paperwork with me & went over the mileage of the truck and the meter for the gas level and where it should be when I return the vehicle. I took a picture of the screen which showed the gas level with my phone so I could see how much needed to be in the tank when I returned the truck. When I did return the truck after my move, there was the exact same amount of gas as there was when I picked the truck up. I drove a total of 8 miles. I then backed the truck back into its parking space, as the store clerk asked me to do before I left for my move. As I was inspecting the vehicle, I took a picture of the gas meter just in case. I went inside the gas station to tell the man that I had returned the dolly that I rented, as well as dropped off the key in the orange box as instructed. The store clerk then went outside, got the key out of the box and went to inspect the truck. When the man was inspecting the truck, he said that there was less gas in the truck, which I knew wasn’t true, because the gas meter didn’t even move. So, I didn’t even argue with him…I just moved the truck again and got ready to put gas in it. I asked him how much he thought the truck needed and he told me the truck would need about 1 gallon of gas, but as I was pumping, the truck only needed 0.2 gallons of gas ($0.59) worth of gas. My mom was livid with him, and very rightfully so, but he kept trying to find an excuse as to why I needed to put more gas in the truck. I even showed him the picture I took of the meter and he still said the truck needed more gas. Needless to say, I will not be back at this location, and I will not recommend anyone use this specific location because of the owner and how he cheated me out of my money. That was wrong and he knew it.

Check engine light was on the entire time throughout the trip and only a 1/4 tank of gas was in the vehicle upon arrival. Window crank topper also kept popping off when trying to roll the window down.

proximately $90 to 100. And that’s if I didn’t fill up, it was $117 I filled up the gas more than what it had in it. Put everything back. Didn’t even use the mats. I’m confused how it came to so much.

The truck ran great, and was very comfortable. They really need to clean the windshield before they rent them out. When bugs get baked on, it’s hard to get off. That’s my only complaint.

I returned the truck to the location where it was picked up from, I even handed the keys to the person at the location, It was returned about 8 hours late because I lost the key and I contacted your road side assistance and it took them about 3 hours for a person to come down from Denver to recut a key. They truck was not kept 4 days and it was not returned to a different location.

The mileage Counter was wrong. i moved 2 blocks from the rental location. in both directions i went no less than ten miles pick up and drop off. this Idiot tried to say i went 60 MILES!!!! that's impossible. the distance between move locations was 2 miles each way plus a stop at the store. no more than 10 miles and that's pushing it. no documentation was given, and the email they sent me was wrong to begin with !!

The man who rented the uhaul to me was shocked that I was the one who was going to be driv8ng and asked me if I was sure I would be the driver. He kept showing me a driver's license of a man from Iowa asking if it was me on 3 separate occasions. I am a 5ft 2 female to be clear. Then he added the safe driver insurance to my ticket after I declined it and was unaware until after I turned the truck in. This additional charge was not approved by me. Over all I would NOT recommend this location to anyone and I am not happy that I had to pay for the coverage without my being aware he snuck it on to my order.

When you set a guaranteed reservation at a location and the customer gets there and the truck they were guaranteed isn’t there and all you get is a sorry. Terrible. Then get shuffled over to another location to pickup a truck. Unacceptable
