This employee at this drop off location was very friendly and helpful in dropping off the truck. Before I was able to drop off the truck at this location I was attempting to extend the drop off time of my rental from 11am on 6/21 to 6pm on 6/21. I called the local number provided to me which was for 3801 N Runway Dr Tucson, AZ 85705. I spoke with the reservation/scheduling manger at this location and he told me he was unable to extend my rental because “the computer would not let him.” I asked what can I do to keep the rental longer (obviously I would pay for the extra time) and he said he cannot help me because the system would not let him. He then said this was a “me problem” and hung up on me. He was rude, unprofessional, and seemingly was oddly insistent on not wanting to help me solve a very simple issue. I was not able to extend my drop off time slot until I called corporate U-Haul customer service who then transferring me to corporate u-haul scheduling.

THOMAS RFirst and foremost this drop off location was 65 miles from our destination. So I ended up having to drive an additional 130 miles to drop it off. I know there were numerous other locations closer. Besides that, the drop off location was crowded without her vehicles making it very difficult to park the trailer. The person who was supposed to be checking the trailer in was on his phone the whole time, giving little assistance. This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-haul ever.

Mark HMan. Where do I start??? I reserved and did the whole process online so that all i had to do with a person was get the keys. (It was nothing against the person, I was just in a rush and can talk) The guy couldn't find us in the system no matter that I showed him my contract and tomd him that the app says all I need to do is get the keys. So he attempted to make a new reservation for us. But he was having issues. He called someone to help and he told the guy what I had told him 20 minutes prior. I was given the keys. Did the pre check in, saw that the mileage was off and made note on the app. I took a picture as the app requested to prove what I was saying it was. And then moved on. When we came back 48 miles later, we told the guy about it and that the system was now trying to charge is $230 for a $73 rental. He said no worries. It was not going to charge more than the $73. I wake up today, and I have a $132 charge coming out of my account for the rental. From 5 days ago. I tried calling several times today to address it and no one ever answered and the VM box was not set up or full. I will be putting a stop payment with my bank and making a formal complaint. The truck was used off the books, and they are trying to pin that on us. No way. Also, the guy apologized for leaving his half drank jug of tea in there. Among other trash. Sad.
