The customer serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He called me to give directions to return the truck and confirm when I was delivering it.

Had reservations for a truck and trailer in Casper WY. Truck and trailer not available! Had to go to Torrington WY to pick it up! 300 miles round trip with no reimbursement for my time and fuel, Hotel etc. Bald tire on the right rear of the truck, new tires on left rear?
