there was no obvious signage and maybe that was intentional. This was my first time using the app to pick up a truck, and I won't do that again. I had issues with the app, and still had to call customer service. I also didn't realize I needed two contacts to verify me, what a pain in the ass. The appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck, so I still needed to make another stop. Overall, not impressed with the mobile pick up at all
Jessica RNo improvement need to be made perfect
DESIREE MThe remote pick up is frustrating. There was supposed to be a dolly included and after getting to my moving destination, there was no dolly. I then had to take time to call and go get one. Very frustrating.
Yasmine AIf you read all the notes on my last three rentals from U-Haul which have all been in the past month you would understand why I would say, that you all wasn't the cheapest moving truck to find the last minute, I would never use your services again.
Louise HThis was genuinely a perfect experience. I will recommend Uhaul 24/7 to anyone needing to move and I happily would use this service again! By the way the 26’ foot truck I used was in good shape and drove well.
Raymond HMy only complaint is that this was not my selected pick up location. I was not notified of the change in pick up location until I showed up at my original pick up location. When I was told it was changed and I asked why they said “because we don’t have the truck you want. I requested a 26’ truck and when I got to the pick up location they had 7 or 8 26’ trucks. I am very mad about this.
Christian MI filled this out already but here it go again the stuff was very nice and polite I will definitely come back and Highly Recommend them to future customers
Tara BWas in and out in 5 minutes! That included them hooking up the car dolly. Outstanding in every aspect.
Brad HGet an aux cord for the radio. I haul is dated
Brian Mdealer put wrong gas amount...you only have 15 minutes to dispute it. wrong drop location.. had to call twice and argue to change it-unacceptable
JAMES BI reserved an appliance dolly with my uhaul, but it was not in the truck and I could not talk to anyone because I picked up the truck on the weekend and Valley Tire is closed on the weekends. No other uhaul in the area had any appliance dollies so we had to move our washer and dryer with a tiny store bought dolly and a family member got injured. I just got the bill and we are still being charged for the appliance dolly that we did not have, so I will be calling Valley Tire to complain and hopefully have the charge removed.
Lynsey VThe set up on the actual trailer is a pain the ass. There is no "support" jack for the trailers. So the only way to raise/lower the trailer is to physically dead lift the hitch up while someone backs the vehicle into place. I'm 5'3 (F) and was told to just drop it when I asked how in the hell was I to get the trailer off. As if I was going to be able to lift a 6x12 trailer up off the hitch and hold it while my mom moved the truck out. When I asked what to do if know one was on site for the trailer I was told to just leave it and it would be checked in in the morning.
dana sTruck was ready to go when I arrived. Super friendly staff.
Velvet BI originally reserved a motorcycle trailer at Rosters Service garage in Fairborn. The morning of pickup, he did not have a trailer and sent me to Valley Tire 7920 Center Point 70 Blvd Huber Heights, OH 45424. Uhaul never send me a reservation notice. Once I picked up the trailer, I noticed it had no provisions for a wheel chock for a motorcycle. Valley Tire sent me to a Uhaul store in Huber Heights without confitrming if they had a motorcycle trailer. U-Haul Moving & Storage of Huber Heights had no trailer, but the wonderful young lady there made a quick phone call adn sent me to Fatt Boys Tires on Needmore road where they had three motorcycle trailers. I ipicked up one and have had no problems with the trailer or anything else. It towed nicely. I spent two hours traacking down the correct trailer, Uhaul could have had on at Roosters in Fairborn, or emailed me where to pick up th ecorrect trailer.
