Because of demand, our pickup site got changed after we were already on the road, and the new pickup schedule would have required our backtracking by an hour to get the trailer the next day. The owner at Valley Woodworking went out of his way to accommodate a late night pickup for us while we were on our way to our destination, saving us considerable time. Outstanding service!

Very nice friendly operator
JEFFREY MI was supposed to pick up in a closer location. Was notified the night before pickup that my destination had changed. It added over an extra hour of travel time to pick up trailer. Was very disappointed my original reserved location wasn’t honored. Gentleman at pick up location was very friendly and sympathetic of my situation.
