I ordered a one way trip. I was told I would be given a discount if I dropped the uhaul off on Boca Raton I agreed. I received a email with drop off location in wesr Coconut Creek it was a longer ride extra millage.

Not for using a tow dolly. You guy’s need to properly inspect all equipments to make sure they are in proper working condition for a customer. To miss a mechanic shop appointment for getting your vehicle fix because of the tow dolly not properly working to strapping a car down is very upsetting.

I couldn’t pick up the truck! I made the check in and when I did open the black box (where it supposed needed to be the key) it was empty, I lost one hour talking with the costumer service and they couldn’t help me

Have knowledgeable people answering the phone. Representative did not know where the location was - said she was not at the site. Could not give proper directions properly. Location did NOT have personnel even though the recording said they were opened until 8pm. I got there at 6:10 pm. When I called, rep apologized and said she would have the manager call me. More than 24 hours later I am still eating for the call back.

It was an overall really great experience, except for the returning of the vehicle, which was not explained to me thoroughly and resulted in me having to call U-Haul Customer service to avoid addiction charges. But besides that, would definitely recommend.

Find a way to improve your U-Haul service. On July 27 I Had a reservation for a 20 foot truck [to set up a summer camp for children with cancer]. No such truck was available and I had to drive a 26 foot truck deep into the woods of birch state park. At that first rental, Andrea re-confirmed my reservation for this past Sunday… A 20 foot truck. When I arrived Sunday morning, no such truck was available! AGAIN!! The half hour delay caused a ripple effect that ruined our closing ceremony with the parents. In the end, I was given a 15 foot truck, which was barely enough for us to complete our work. I am truly has a tent to rent a truck from you again next year. And that is inconvenient as I also have a storage unit for the camp [ Camp fiesta]. So we are considering moving. This was a high level of incompetence. You should work on your customer service [although I have no complaint about the individuals with whom I dealt… Just the reservation system!]
