I went to locate to get a uhaul and the trucks was dirty and on E and they billed me for gas . This issue big mistake going to a private dealer.

Make sure the equipment is FULLY operable before renting it out. More staff is needed at the location. Wait time was too long, in my opinion, before I was attended to.

I was instructed to drop off the 26 ‘ truck at this location. This area does not accommodate a large truck for parking. In addition it's in a bad part of town…

i schedule a truck for 10 am and no one was at the office. i had to wait until 12 noon for the truck. no to help at the location.

I replaced the fuel to the same as I picked it up. I dropped the truck off early in the morning arround 10 am and was told to go and they will check it in and email the receipt. I went back around 12 noon to pick up a receipt with the response oh we didn't get to it yet. Around 5 pm I had to send a message through the uhaul website asking for the truck to be closed out and to send a receipt. Now I'm long gone and 7 hours later I find out I'm being charged for fuel that I know I replaced. I will stick to online self check ins and returns to avoid this issue from happening again in the future. I was not satisfied.

Amitai was amazing and helped guide us through the entire process. He provided excellent customer service during the pickup and also end of day return. Unfortunately the truck was not clean inside and almost empty gas tank, but Amatai made a difficult situation much more bearable! One last suggestion is for the pictures of the vehicle to properly show visible damage for the initial Customer inspection. Pictures at the Garage Service area don't provide accurate details. My only concern is that dropping the truck off after hours there was no way to secure the two wheeler I rented inside of the truck. Somebody could've open the back door to the truck and grab the two wheeler, potentially making me liable.

better online help and call in customers service had no patience with helping.I scheduled at one location got there and couldn't get vehicles because customer service rushed me off the phone after 30 minutes trying I called and got sent to second locate 20 minutes away luckily I got there as they was closing

The lock box with the truck key in it was broken. I was there at 7:00 am and waited until 9:00am for the store to open so I could get the key. I had to pay extra for my movers which was not my fault. Once the employees arrived at the store they acknowledged they knew the lock box was broke and the keys were inside the store. I was very unhappy and should get some kind of refund.

I rented the 9” Cargo Van BE 1907 V and it did the job perfectly. But the inside of that specific van was dirty. The seats had dog hair on it and in the passengers side door compartment, there was a few condoms, Trojan, and LifeStyles. Lol. So who knows what else was on those seats. I would never rent from here again. What can be done to improve for the next customer? Clean your vehicles before lending it out.

The truck was incredibly dirty, the photos that were provided of the truck were incorrect - I declined all of them. You can tell the rear window was broken because there was glass inside the truck and blue painters tape on the window still. I had to lysol wipe the interior of the truck because it was disgusting to even drive. I will never rent from this location again - the service was great but clearly those patrons who rent from here are nasty.

The inside of the vehicle I rented had not been cleaned out by the previous renter. Nor did anyone from the location I rented from go out to the vehicle with us to walk around it so we could point out what was already damaged on the vehicle to show that we had not done any damage to it upon our return. I would suggest personnel doing a walk around each vehicle with the renter prior to the vehicle leaving the location. And also each vehicle needs to be cleaned inside and out in between renters.

My truck was not at the location . I has that reservation for a week and no truck. Then I had to jump on the highway and drive to another town to pick up the truck. That location did NOT provide me with the furniture dolly and the whole experience was terrible

The only glitch was the opening time. My original pick up time was 0800 and when the reservation was moved the opening of the 1124 location was 0900 and this was not correct on the change email I received.

The agents are great very helpful & great customer service but the truck was dirty it stunk & had Roches in the truck I told the agents & there response was I have told uhaul about the truck having Roches & they have done nothing about it.. pretty sad when a franchise complain to the company about dirty nasty products & they do nothing to fix the issue & continue to rent & make money from it..

Be careful with this location they add fees that you never applied for there are roaches inside the truck always take pictures before and after make sure you inspect every aspect of your receipt they are not honest at all U-Haul its self are honest I have called them and they handle everything honestly with the district manager They are amazing people this is why I was still return to U-Haul not to this location I would not trust is location I advise it to everybody not to go to this location this is privately owned so basically they can do whatever they want with the you horny and that is sad because U-Haul is known for very good customer service and this location does not have that

Online when I made the reservation I PAID for a furniture dolly and for the time slot I needed. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have a furniture dolly and that my appointment was for the following day.

I received a call the day of my reservation that the 9ft van I reserved was not available and that I would need to take a 10ft truck instead. The circumstances of why I was renting a U-haul did not allow me to reschedule for another day as I needed to move things out of a storage unit in Naples back to Fort Lauderdale. Instead of paying $0.70/mi, I had to pay $1.19/mi for a 250-mile trip, a difference of ~$125. I'm sure I paid more in gas for the difference in gas mileage too. The truck I was given was maybe built in 2005?? and in horrendous condition. I'm surprised it had passed any sort of quality inspection. Overall, not a good experience at all.

I got the truck on Friday I dropped it off Around 4:00 I'll drop it off around 7 o'clock here it is Sunday I did not receive my money back I had to use my debit card so that's the only thing I don't like you have to wait a couple of days for your money to return on your card but other than that everything was good but I do need my money back I have not received it yet
