I waited for 40 minutes for employee to be available. When I mentioned how long I had waited he said he was busy upstairs.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOn the positive side they reached out as there was issue w availability of the reserved truck. They were actively seeking another truck and location. The reserved blankets were unavailable.
Carolyn KSlow to respond should have reached out to me for after hours service with drop box key information without using an app that creates another step of issues outside of u haul
Fraser SThe truck's odometer reading was off by over 100,000 miles, and the fuel level was much lower than documented. Something is seriously wrong and off here..
Benjamin SFirst and foremost, the young lady that checked me in was very kind, professional and efficient. She is a great asset to UHaul. The physical location of the store is not good. I felt unsafe leaving my car there and dropping off the truck at night. The truck was very dirty inside the cab and also in the back. Trash was strewn everywhere in the back. Aside from the nice lady that checked me in, this was a horrible experience and I would never rent from this location again.
