RYAN NFrank the manager was wonderful and accommodating. Unfortunately there were a few trucks not retuned on time which caused issues. The truck I got did not have the blankets I ordered. I was hoping for a credit. Thanks

Jolene MI had to wait at the front door for a few minutes before someone let me in. The truck was a 26 foot model not the 20 foot as I reserved which used more gas and was harder to drive and park due to its length . The truck ride terribly. Every bump in the road threw my furniture up in the air. I reserved 12 blankets and they had none.

Sharonda GI arrived on time; they told me the truck I had reserved was not there. Neither the furniture pads nor the utility dolly were available. After 30 minutes, out of the blue, they gave me the truck but had to settle with another type of dolly which was not very useful.

She was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know about finding our truck rental and the return policy. She is absolutely a gem of an employee and I am grateful she was there to take care of me.

NYAH BThe U-Haul itself was fine, but we booked for a regular dolly and a furniture dolly. They did not have a furniture dolly, which makes a move close to impossible. Thankfully our movers had an extra so we were able to make it work. I would not have booked with this location if I had known they could not provide what I needed.
Autumn CThe rental truck promptly developed a flat front left passenger flat tire after driving it for a short while. Although that problem was resolved efficiently through the roadside assistance program in place, the delay caused me to have to schedule the truck and my moving help for two days instead of one (the rental place kindly didn’t charge for the extra time on the second day). Also, overnight it rained and brown rust water leaked through the truck’s roof and puddled onto my belongings. I then showed up to return the truck at 1:50 pm on a Sunday. The rental place was locked even though the sign said open until 2:00 pm. I could clearly see staff belongings and water bottle bags n the work counter but no one came to the door when I knocked to resolve the leaking roof issue. Overall, what should have taken an afternoon’s work turned into a two day affair, roadside assistance and a wet -one quarter of the items I was moving.

BRANDI JThere was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!, no one to answer the phone, NO HELP AT ALL!. After scheduling two weeks in advance they called a few hours before pick-up to tell me my truck was moved now some 16 miles away from the original pickup location. This Uhaul thing turned my weekend into a nightmare. But it's all good, now I know. Next time **Budget** for sure! After spending close to $700, way to go!

Junior Wthe service of the people are good an friendly, but I rent a dolly and a dozen of blankets but when i arrived to the location they didn't have the dolly and only three blankets, ant the trcuk only has 19 miles of fuel, and the cap for the fuel tank was broken. but the car and the services was good.

Charles HI had a problematic experience receiving the key by phone. However, customer service agents were there to support me. The staff at this location provided a quick return process. The main cabin was unclean, but you allowed me to address it before acquiring the rental. Thank you for providing me with an affordable and great experience.

Carl SI understand that this wasn’t an actual u haul location, but a lot of people use u hauls to move and move heavy objects. So when I booked three dollies and show up to get my rental and was just told very casually they don’t have them and get a respond “well this isn’t a u haul location” is incredibly frustrating. They should notify their renters that they most likely cannot accommodate that. I had to then go to Home Depot and luckily they had dollies available for rent. But it also cost me 3 times the amount o should’ve paid via u haul and an extra hour of an already long day. I also had an issue with returning the truck. The app did not save any information we put in. So I received a call from a u haul rep around 830 who didn’t reiterate the information that I gave her to the location because then they called wondering where the truck was at 915am (it was sitting outside their location and he clearly didn’t check). This issue I’m sure delayed someone else who was also trying to pick it up for a rental before the store opened. The truck was incredibly dirty and clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly. The gas cap was missing and the location didn’t have us do a walk around of the truck to make note of anything so we don’t get charged for damages, which adds extra stress to the move. Ive rented U-Hauls many times before and never had an issue, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not be renting from this location again.
