The pickup/dropoff experience using the app is TERRIBLE. If the any part of the system fails you have to start the process all over again, which is particularly frustrating when you have to take pictures. Setting up alternative contacts and driver's license in the spot is completely unnecessary, that can be done ahead of time when creating the reservation saving time.

Victor OYou guys charged me $20 for after hours turn in. Nobody said anything. I had the truck until 9am the next morning. I turned it in at about 8pm. If I was told there would be an extra charge I would have waited for the next morning. Not right.
