The milage and fuel gauge was wrong on our agreement. When brought to their attention they advised me to contact U-haul directly instead of them making the call. After prompting them to call they finally did and got me a credit, however, they did not take the time to understand what needed to be credited and therefore the credit I received was less than what it should have been. Out of frustration I decided not to pursue the issue any further. Will not be returning to this location.

JOSE MEasy reservation and check in process, truck was nice and easy to drive. Actually an upgrade from what I requested, they did not have a van available so they upgraded me to a 10' truck. Dropped off they keys and left! Milage and gas was already monitored so I didn't have to notify them.
TIFFANY REveryone at this location is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We have been to different locations and this is superior to the rest.

JOHN PI came in after our original truck rental fell through (who knew that a Budget reservation didn’t actually mean they had a truck! 😡). The girls at the location were SUPER helpful and got us in a truck asap and back to moving!! They were so great that I actually relocated my storage unit to this facility and they earned my loyalty anytime I need a truck in the future!
SUZETTE BReserved 15 foot SuperMover truck a week ahead of time. Went on-site the day of pick-up and truck had been given out to another person. Replacement vehicle smelled like cigarettes and smoke in the back storage bay. Plus, the equipment I reserved was not available. Said I would be refunded for furniture dolly I rented but never happened. Customer service non-existent. Would not rent from this shop again.

JOSEPH ZThe ap allowed me to add a utility cart to my order, but the location did not have one available. I also sent a message via the app and the location stated they never got the message. I had completed the online check in and yet was still asked for drivers license etc when I got to the office. At no time did anyone offer assistance with hookup, they did not take pictures or check lights. The driveway they store the trailers in is very narrow and tight making for more difficult hookup and departure.

FREDERICK MMobile check in was terrible. Took 45mins from my time of arrival to get my truck. Doing verification at time if pick up is ridiculous and causes delays. Have the client take a picture with their l license and be done! In addition, the truck was not where it was pictured to be- I had to walk around to find it, and I had difficulty being able to get the key out of the lock box. The check engine light came on within 20 mins of having the truck, and the dolly and hand truck I ordered were not in the truck, which I didn't realize until I was at my destination. In all, not a good experience

JEREMY TI rented a cargo van yesterday for one hour and put 9 miles on it. I returned the van 30 minutes after the office closed and followed their instructions. Then I received my receipt this morning. THEY ADDED A $30 FUEL SERVICE CHARGE AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $21 FOR 5 GALLONS OF GAS!!!
CHRISTOPHER MI just wanted to mention that Bryan was very kind and helpful. It's rare to find service with a smile these days but Bryan gave me excellent customer service. If I need to rent a U Haul again I will certainly be using this location. Gratefuly, Heather Faust

JOHN MWhen i started the van there was a dashboard warning that one of the tires was low on air. Even when i produced a gas receipt to prove i refueled the vehicle and left it with more gas than it had when I picked it up I was charged by this location for fuel.

VICTORIA WStaff are very friendly and the facility is clean. I have less of a higher rating for Uhaul overall (my reservation was moved from Hobe Sound which added more mileage overall and the location did not have a furniture dolly which made things difficult for us).
