The first vehicle was badly out of alignment and pulled very strong to one side But the staff was friendly and efficient got me into another vehicle. Everything went well.

Very friendly person when we checked in and it was fast to get rolling- nice clean place.
Robert GI think Burt, who was at the desk was really nice and helpful and was a pleasant experience. The only problem is that, it is a bit challenging to take the pictures of the uhaul from all the areas as it is often parked in a area that makes it difficult. You have to drive it to a place when you can take pictures form all sides.

Denice VI waited in the office for almost 45 minutes because the employee was having computer issues. I wasn't able to log in to the text sent to show you how dirty the van was because your system was having issues. Keep in mind, I was moving two mattresses. The vehicle was so dirty. Upon returning, instead of the employee printing up a bill, he charged me extra; my credit card was charged. I tried to call this morning, and it just rang. I am not confident the employee can explain to me why the charges below don't add up to what the contract says.
