The location was great. U-Haul corporate needs this information: My confirmed contract showed a one-way with a drop-off location. After picking up the trailer, the contract showed no drop-off location, and I received email/text asking where in my original local area was I dropping the trailer. I had to contact U-Haul, put through to two different representatives to get the drop-off location changed to the location actually identified in the contract. You would think by now this type of thing would have been eliminated in the online registation system.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was able to reserve my rental online and the pick up was easy peasy. The vehicle was clown and ready to go. Thanks Alejandro!

BRYAN SWhy was I charged for 7 gallons for a 31-mile trip on completely flat terrain—from Jupiter to Tequesta, which is very close (5 miles)? I made these trips—two of them nearly at midnight and the other around noon when there is no traffic—carrying a total load of under 200 kg each time. Why was I charged for seven gallons for 30 miles when the average fuel economy is 10 miles per gallon? According to the photo I have, the vehicle was returned with more than a quarter of a tank, yet they recorded it as just a quarter. Another issue is that when you pick up the vehicle, no employee goes over the condition of the truck with you, and the same applies when you return it; instead, the assessment is left for later, at the discretion of the person inspecting it.
