This was so convenient. Sometimes I hesitate to rent a U-Haul because I feel like it will be a hassle, but this has made me reconsider that. I'll be renting much more frequently now. The lady who helped us was super nice, and the truck was in great shape.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey didn’t have the equipment I reserved I asked for an appliance dolly. They didn’t have it. The man at the counter called the 800 number to find one. We were waiting on hold for 15 minutes. No one answered. The woman that worked there called another location for the equipment. They said they had it. When I got there it was not there either. You was wasted my time and I had to pay for mileage in the U-Haul. That makes no sense. I ended up having to pay my workers for an extra hour at $25/ hour. That cost me $50 plus the extra mileage. I spoke with the woman who worked there when I returned the truck. She said she couldn’t discount the rate for the extra costs. Crazy! Please contact me.
