La atención fue rápida, me atendió una persona muy amable, me simplificó las cosas, no estuve ni cinco minutos para retirar el camión, me brindaron un buen café, la plataforma del camión estaba IMPECABLEMENTE LIMPIA, el trato de GIANNI fue auténticamente de primera. Recomiendo esta locación para que renten sus camiones y rastras.

WIDMARK FReceptionist was great, the van could’ve been a little cleaner in the back but besides that well maintained. First time renting and it was an easy process! Returned it cleaner than I got it, should’ve gotten a little discount! 😅

JOSE GThe truck was dirty and you could tell they didn’t even clean the dashboard or even have the mats clean. On top of that, I had to complain to U-Haul main offices that they tried to swindle me by charging over 4 gallons of fuel by, according to them, not returning it with the same level of fuel they had given me. This, in spite of me having the pictures to prove the levels I received it and returned it with. Very bad and unethical from their part.

Federico MEntregue la llave y el vehículo a las 3 horas como se acordó, y me cobraron casi 400$ por supuestamente consumir 700 millas , solo fueron 6 y entregarlo 2 días después , estafadores,estoy esperando me devuelvan mi dinero después de haber confirmado con las cámaras que si devolví el vehículo 3 horas después de recibirlo

Eduardo BVehículo sucio , sin gasolina tuve que ponerle gasolina para realizar el trabajo por lo que la rente y devolverla con más gasolina de la que tenía , la luz se servicio de las gomas encendida (baja presión) me sentía inseguro por eso , el depósito de agua del limpiaparabrisas vacío (tuve que llenarlo para poder limpiar el vidrio ) en general logré hacer el trabajo pero pienso que le falta mantenimiento al vehículo.

Lesbia PYour reps at the location are great, however I returned my storage place in the first week of December clean & not locked Did not get a confirmation until now of received in perfect condition. Other than this issue , Im very happy with this location since they are very helpful and polite .

Jose LI ran into issues that resulted in me wasting a few hours trying to get sorted and had to return the following day . Gianni stepped in to assist and was truly able to get everything sorted. He is a good example of a loyal employee. While getting ready to leave and after inspecting the vehicle , I witnessed him walk over to attend quickly to a fallen palm branch that was obviously not in his JD. I respect those that respect their work environment.
