The back door wasn't working well I got hurt trying to open and close. Also you've charge me for the fuel and I did return the car with the same gas it was given to me. Please reimburse me, I always use U Haul but todays experience wasn't good at all.

ROBERTO CJust a minor comment: I would have preferred the truck to have a full tank of gas rather than 3/4. This would make it easier to return it with a full tank instead of having to estimate how much to put in. Other than that, it was a great experience.
