The pick-up site was fine but it was in a rural area and I was concerned about customer support. U Haul called and moved the location from Columbus to Smith Station. I needed a hitch and potential adapter for the lights for the trailer. When they called to move the location I specifically asked if the new location would have a hitch and adapter. They assured me the new location had what I would need.... they didn't. It took me 3 hours to get this trailer, a hitch and the adapter for the lights.I had to go to Walmart twice, once to get the hitch.. drive 15 miles to get the hitch, drive 15 miles back to get the trailer, and then drive back 15 miles to Walmart to get an adapter. But they didn't have it so I had to drive on the highway for 20 min to get to another U Haul to get an adapter. It was very frustrating. The people at the U Haul at Smith Station were great.. but U Haul did not give me correct information about the pickup site. I have used U Haul since the 1980s.. this was the first time that I had issues.. it makes me sad and exhausted since it added 3 hrs to my travel day and I got in after 11 pm.. starting that morning at 9:00 am.. it was a very long day
